Sophie's house is lovely. It is ideal for a family, very well located at the gates of Troyes, 1 min from shops and 5 min from factory outlets. It is practical and tastefully decorated. The garden is also nice and the terrace allowed us to enjoy all our meals outside. Board games, ping pong, billiards, ball… the kids had a good time. Sophie is a welcoming and responsive host. We really enjoyed our week, which was relaxing. Thanks Sophie, we'll be back with pleasure!

We had already rented this house which still served us as a midway stop. It is very well located, the garden is well fenced, you can bring the car in and there is what you need to cook. There are lights that turn on automatically in the evening guiding us to the entrance which is handy when you arrive late. The bed is also very comfortable. We did not have a long stay here so we can't judge this but for 1 course stay it is perfect.

Very good stay with Emmanuelle! The house was very clean, the beds super comfy, nothing was missing. Emmanuelle is also super responsive if we have questions and very friendly. We were there mainly for Nigloland but every night we were happy to come home comfortable and cocooning. thank you again!

Chic, cozy and very well kept accommodation. We felt good for our family stay at 4. We didn't feel like we were walking on our feet and were able to enjoy a garden furniture for our aperos and meals, quiet garden where it was nice to enjoy the outdoors with a view of the magniqiue batisse. We were able to buy a bottle of champagne from the owners (which we recommend). We were delighted with this stay and recommend ++.

A very good stay in this very functional, cozy, well-equipped apartment... it feels like home. The space was decorated with beautiful Easter decorations that make both adults and children dream. The stay at Audrey and Raoul's was a great success. We were able to enjoy a very clean apartment with a large living room to gather the people present. A very recent property, very well arranged, modern, we recommend it without so much as a second thought!

Jérôme and Julie are extremely welcoming and friendly. They are accessible, smiling, attentive and very responsive. The apartment is cozy and functional, the terrace a real plus. Not to mention the balneo bathtub, a real pleasure after a day of visiting the historic center (easily accessible on foot) or after doing the factory shops (10 min by car). Thank you for your hospitality and attention to our honeymoon. We highly recommend, in any case, we will go back!

Great welcome with an earlier check-in than expected excellent location close to the port and dienville beach, activities, water skiing, towed buoy from the port restaurants (5 min by car max) Very nice garden with secure location for car , 30 min from Lac du Der and its many nautical activities, jet ski, eifoll, canoe pedalo ... , 30 min from the quad bike and electric scooter we stayed there in the middle of a heat wave, the children's room was on the other hand quite hot
