In the heart of the Champenoise countryside, a quiet and comfortable room awaits you. It is located less than 20 minutes from the center of Troyes and its factory outlets. You will have a private bathroom. In a shared kitchen and living room, I will serve you breakfast (included in the reservation). You will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture. Bikes will be loaned to you if you want to explore the region in a sporty way. Pleased to welcome you.

Whether you are hikers, tourists or attending an event (weddings, birthdays, etc.), we welcome you in one of our spacious and bright private rooms. To discover in our region: Chaource, its forest, cheeses and golf Essoyes, village of the painter Auguste Renoir the Champenois vineyard and its cellars the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient and their golf course Nigloland: beautiful family amusement park Troyes, its historic center and its factory outlets.

You won't want to leave this room and its comfort necessary for your well-being, located in our family home and unique, facing just across from Lake Der and thus to get to the dike on foot to recharge. And to the delight of our 28-month-old Garance, we have a large terrace with a 6000 m² plot. Moreover, if you are a bird enthusiast, the cranes do us the honor of flying over our house and landing right across from it.

I am a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center. There is a bus stop, with a bus every 15 minutes, 5 minutes from my home. I live in a building on the ground floor with private parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. Check-in between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. and check-out before 8:30 a.m. I don't give out my keys. Be respectful, you are at our home and not at your home.

The Gîte de Saint-Phal

The Gîte de Saint-Phal is a property of more than 5500 m2 integrating 6 buildings including 3 dwellings with gardens, an orchard and equipped with a swimming pool surrounded by a solarium. It consists of two Bed and Breakfasts and a Gîte. Each accommodation has a parking space as well as a semi-private garden equipped with sun loungers, a table, a barbecue and candle lanterns.

One bedroom equipped with a double bed adjoining a bedroom equipped with 2 single beds and a crib. It is possible to book the entire mill (4 bedrooms) for €360 or 2.3 bedrooms at a price of €90 per room. 2 private bathrooms shared by the 4 bedrooms for rent. There is a large riverside garden, on-site parking, breakfast included, possibility to have a meal.

This is a bedroom upstairs of our house, with a bed, a wardrobe and a dresser, bright and pleasant. It is perfect for a couple or a single person. Your room is located near the university center, between 10 and 20 minutes' walk from the UTT, IUT, EPF, MIFA, IUMM, Compagnons du Devoir, and the Christian High School of Troyes.
