In the heart of the Champenoise countryside, a quiet and comfortable room awaits you. It is located less than 20 minutes from the center of Troyes and its factory outlets. You will have a private bathroom. In a shared kitchen and living room, I will serve you breakfast (included in the reservation). You will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture. Bikes will be loaned to you if you want to explore the region in a sporty way. Pleased to welcome you.

For 3 to 7 people: two private rooms are available on the 2nd floor. For more people, we can arrange sleeping arrangements for up to 9 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms just for you. And depending on the period, you can taste the fruits and vegetables that grow in our garden.

I am a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center. There is a bus stop, with a bus every 15 minutes, 5 minutes from my home. I live in a building on the ground floor with private parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. Check-in between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. and check-out before 8:30 a.m. I don't give out my keys. Be respectful, you are at our home and not at your home.

The Gîte de Saint-Phal

The Gîte de Saint-Phal is a property of more than 5500 m2 integrating 6 buildings including 3 dwellings with gardens, an orchard and equipped with a swimming pool surrounded by a solarium. It consists of two Bed and Breakfasts and a Gîte. Each accommodation has a parking space as well as a semi-private garden equipped with sun loungers, a table, a barbecue and candle lanterns.

This is a bedroom upstairs of our house, with a bed, a wardrobe and a dresser, bright and pleasant. It is perfect for a couple or a single person. Your room is located near the university center, between 10 and 20 minutes' walk from the UTT, IUT, EPF, MIFA, IUMM, Compagnons du Devoir, and the Christian High School of Troyes.
