This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Ideally located 5 minutes from the city center of Troyes, the house has a large shaded garden and a very pleasant summer kitchen. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, separate toilet and a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed. Upstairs there is a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with a double bed 140x190cm and a bedroom with two single beds.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.

Enjoy easy access to everything in the city of Sainte-Savine from this perfectly located home base. It is a 5-minute drive from Troyes train station. Downtown Troyes is a 7-minute drive away. Easy access via the ring road. You can take bus line 1 at the end of the street which will take you to the McArthur Glen outlet stores. Parking is easy and free on the street. Access to the property is autonomous with a key box.
