We rent our house with its sunny 20 m2 yard. Free street parking is available. Everything is within walking distance. Recently refurbished, the house is very bright, and pleasant for families with children. But 2 points of attention: there are stairs, and we do not have a bathtub, only a shower (Plastic bathtub for babies) The 3rd bedroom is "the annex": very nice bright volume 30 m2, with sitting area/TV, table, sofa bed.
