At the foot of the Pont de Normandie, in a quiet path of a pretty valley, a small Normandy house in a wooded property, our cottage, Ideal for a stay with family, can accommodate from 2 to 5/6 people. Detached house, composed of a living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a laundry room and, upstairs, a closed bedroom and a mezzanine overlooking the living room.

Family home 90 m2 with sunny courtyard

We rent our house with its sunny 20 m2 yard. Free street parking is available. Everything is within walking distance. Recently refurbished, the house is very bright, and pleasant for families with children. But 2 points of attention: there are stairs, and we do not have a bathtub, only a shower (Plastic bathtub for babies) The 3rd bedroom is "the annex": very nice bright volume 30 m2, with sitting area/TV, table, sofa bed.

It is close to Avenue de la Mer, all shops and the beach, in a residential area. You can park normally very easily just in front of the house.
