After 20 all five star reviews of our house/rooms in 2024 we have decided to expand with an apartment. The new apartment is has its own back entrance: kitchenette, bathroom, living room (including bedroom with high standard double bed + couch (not for sleeping), and jacuzzi. Important: the apartment doesn’t give renters access to the house. Only fitted for 2 people.

This tiny guesthouse has the most beautiful view directly from your kitchen and sleeping room window. Eiendommen er ideel for å nyte naturen, padle kajakk, mørket alene og fotografere nordlyset herfra. Både reinsdyr og elg kan oppleves rett utenfor huset. Huset passer til familier eller større grupper som vil oppleve nordlyset, gå på ski/randonee, padle kajakk eller bare nyte naturen. Det er mulig å leie kajakk av verten. Må avtales på forhånd.

Nice location and good bus transportation 100 meter from the house that takes you to city centre. If you prefer a walk to the city centre i takes 10-12 minutes. From the city centre you can easily take transport to get to other preferred locations. Huge supermarket 100 meter from house!

Hytte på Ytre Tomasjord med fantastisk utsikt over Balsfjorden. Sitte i jacuzzien å nyte nordlyset eller ta badstu for så å avkjøle seg med et snøbad ! 55 km fra Tromsø sentrum! Cottage is 250 m from the main road so in winter times you need 4wd car for going there! Price pr night to hire the jacuzzie is 50 euro. price pr night for the sauna is 30 euro. Offer this season a rent car SUV with 4wd; Range Rover Sport for 160 euro pr day.
