It is a 20 min walk to the city center, 10 min to the grocery store, 5 min to Skoglyst bus stop with frequent bus connections to the airport, city center, UNN/UiT and the mountain lift. Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.
