The house has a large living room with stunning views of Tromsø city and Tromsøsundet. See the Hurtigruten come and go. Follow the ship traffic. There is always something happening outside the living room window. Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. This is our beloved home, and many guests tell us they fall in love with it too. Few places blend comfort and wilderness like this. We never tire of it—and hope you will, too.

Hytten ligger nært flotte fiskemuligheter som Hella, kort kjøretur til vakre Sommarøy og det er bare ca 20 minutter å kjøre ifra Tromsø flyplass. Til dette stedet må du ha bil/leiebil. parkering for opptil 2 biler utenfor hytten. hytten er enkel,med moderne tv,vann,dusj,wifi etc. Alt du trenger😊

Do you want to stay in a beautiful remote place, while still connected to the city? Grøtfjord is located just a 40 min. drive from Tromsø. Close to some of the areas most amazing mountains, fjords, ski and climbing areas. a. Big appartment with 1 bedroom that holds a king size bed and one bunk bed. There is a fold out sleeping couch in the living room. All facilites, towels to firewood are included! A car is needed to get to grøtfjord. The hosts live in a different section of the house.

The cabin is situated on the roof of the tunnel to Malangen and just by the seaside. The living room has great windows that give you a feeling of being outside when are sitting warm and comfortably inside. Perfect for spotting for the northern lights. The cabin has three large bedrooms, a nice bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen. Everything is ready for you to have a great stay just outside amazing Tromsø. The place has a rich wildlife with good hunting and fishing opportunities. In winter there are good opportunities to discover the northern lights. The area also has great mountains for mountain hikes and ski trips from the cabin.
