This accommodation with terrace is located across from the cable car, in the same building as a store where you can find everything you need for a unique mountain stay. The Chavannes apartment TEKA chalet is located in the center of the village with immediate proximity to shops and is at the foot of the slopes with direct access to the start of the ski lifts (you can't be closer to your playground!) The apartment is located above the Intersport store where you can enjoy the purchase service and the ski and mountain bike rental service, and 3 meters from the "Chavannes" gondola lift which allows you to access the ski area.

Our lovely chalet stands in its own grounds and overlooks the Lac de Vonnes, just 10 minute walk from village centre and 100 metres from the ski lifts linking the Super Chatel and Linga ski area. It is possible to ski back to the chalet door. We have 5 ensuite family bedrooms, a children's playroom, lounge with open fireplace, and lovely panelled dining room plus a lovely decked terrace with sunken jacuzzi. All in all a fabulous space to enjoy.

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
