This home offered more than just a place to sleep; it provided an experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the sunrise and sunset. Each morning/night the windows framed a breathtaking spectacle of colors, transforming the room into a vibrant canvas. The positioning of the house along the water maximized this natural asset, creating a sense of tranquility and escape. Beyond the view, the apartment was clean and well-equipped. Looking to experience this place again and the beautiful French community that makes the town even more appealing.

What a great spot - so peaceful. The house is enormous, inviting, and comfortable. It was just me staying there for one night so way more house than I needed, but it beat the heck out of a hotel for the night. Despite the odd knicks and scratches of an older home, the place is wonderfully clean and the bed I slept in was very comfy - ah the silence of the countryside with the window wide open.

Always a pleasure, we hope to stay for many more years to come.

Very good in general, good location, large terrace and well-equipped. Small downside on the basement bedroom, no window so not very safe in case of fire.

It was a very cozy and charming home. Very clean. Very nicely and tastefully decorated. Swinging hammocks in the front room were a nice touch. It has everything you need. Unfortunately, it was raining so we did not get to try the fire pit which must be nice with the sounds of nature and the running river. It was very peaceful and quiet. Lots of stars at night. Beautiful bird songs in the morning. The bed was comfortable. The hosts were very proactive and responsive and welcoming. We would definitely recommend it and we would definitely return. Great apartment. I liked the covered parking 5 feet from the door, very convenient for bringing in and taking out luggage. Charlotte was accommodating and answered all my questions.

The house was spotless and welcoming. Exactly as shown in the listing. The instructions were very clear and accurate. Beautiful little village 10 minutes' drive from Shawinigan.

Very friendly! Small touches particularly appreciated: beer glasses offered on arrival, coffee offered for the road, etc. Warm welcome with a visit of the places and good tips about activities in the surroundings. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

I felt right at home to relax. I slept like a Princess. There is absolutely nothing missing. All types of coffee machines are there! The basic is there (coffee, tea, cream pods not dry stuff! Bread and yummy too! The tv had all the possible networks. One needs to use their own membership. I enjoyed working remote. There is a simple and nice set-up for that. I felt safe, travelling alone. Very long and private parking. Located right "down town". Beach at 10 minutes walk. All perfect!

Comfortable, clean, easily accessible, on-site parking & quiet. I couldn’t t have asked for more. The drive between Crabtree and Montreal was one of the most beautiful and therapeutic scenes I’ve seen in my life. Highly recommend.

Very nice apartment, nice location. The premises were clean and comfortable. There are a lot of steps, but it was well indicated in the listing and there is a possibility of going through the interior (as many steps, but less slippery in a context of rain outside). We would definitely go back!

she's an amazing host, and having a beautiful house just 45mins away from quebec city in a beautiful village. I had no problem with her in communication like in quebec everyone says they don't know English but it's all wrong. she suggested me some beautiful towns as well near quebec city. Me and my partner had a great stay at her place. 100% recommended to everyone 👌

We made a two-day stopover. Impeccable apartment, modern, beautiful kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bedding. A more than pleasant bacon terrace with beautiful river views. However, the second bedroom is a little small. I recommend this beautiful wooded place
