Wir hatten wundervolle Tage an diesem besonderen Ort! Im Seehaus haben wir uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt und die Musiksammlung und gemütliche Atmosphäre sehr genossen! Der Garten und die Sauna waren noch zusätzliche Extras, welche zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebniss führten! Vielen Dank Elizabeta für die ausführliche Beschreibung und rasche Rückmeldung! Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden wiederkommen!

Our stay at Cozy Villa ЯR was absolutely perfect! The property was even better than the photos—spacious, warm, and beautifully designed with large windows offering breathtaking mountain views. The fireplace was a cozy touch after a long day of skiing. The villa was ideally located, just a short drive to the ski lifts. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we enjoyed making meals and spending quality time together as a group. Fitim was an exceptional host, providing clear check-in instructions and plenty of local tips . I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for relaxing winter escape. We can’t wait to return next season. Thank you, Fitim, for an unforgettable stay!

Die sehr schöne, große und ruhige Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Es ist nicht weit zum Fluss und zum Busbahnhof. Emil ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bin auch sehr Dankbar das ich schon früher einchecken hab dürfen und etwas später abreisen. DANKE für den wirklich sehr schönen erholsamen Aufenthalt in Tetovo.

I stayed here for a month and loved it. The house sits at the end of the village, a short walk from the lake and a fair distance from the local dogs the get a bit excitable at times. The rooms and decor are a bit dated, but there's plenty of space and it's extremely comfortable. I loved my room on the second floor, which was at the front of the building, looking straight out at forested hillsides and obliquely to the lake, with a balcony and big windows to make the most of the view and create a lovely sensation of airy space. The shower was hot and the kitchen, although small, has everything you need; anything it doesn't have, all you need to do is ask Dean and he'll provide it. He's a great host, always friendly and willing to go out of his way to make you feel comfortable. His dad lives in the house next door and is also a wonderful fellow. Not much happens in Leunovo - no restaurants, bars - but you can swim in the lake and there's great walking in the mountains. Highly recommended!

The house was nice. You can find everything in the house. Like a some basic thing soap, salt, coffee. And dragen is so friendly he helped us about everything. The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with was the location of the house. There aren’t many options nearby for spending time. Also, if you’re visiting during snowy weather, make sure to snow chains because you’ll need to drive up a steep hill to reach the house. If you don’t have a car, staying in a place like this might be challenging.but the rest was perfect.

Our family came to ski and this was a wonderful place for our stay! Agon was very kind and helpful and everything was outstanding. We would happily stay again anytime we visit for future skiing!

Vladimir est un hôte très accueillant, je recommande vivement sa villa au pieds des pistes de ski dans une magnifique petite station de sports d'hiver. Vladimir a été de bon conseil pour notre séjour et reste joignable tout le temps. Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances à Popova Shapka.
