The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable, gorgeous apartment near the centre of a gloriously beautiful town. We were really able to relax in this village before the end of our month in Greece. Highlight was the monastery of St John the Baptist, a truely, (and slightly unexpected for me, ) spiritual experience! Afterwards we swam in the cold, utterly clear waters of the nearby river. Highly recommend Theta and Stemnitsa .

A compact bathroom features a stylish shower curtain with bold graphic designs. A white toilet and sink are positioned alongside each other. Soft towels are neatly arranged, and a colorful bath mat adds a touch of warmth to the tiled floor.

I have no words for this stay. Extremely clean, with all the comforts we have in our normal home and full of treats. Something that impressed us and that we've never seen before in our travels is the Christmas decor! You are good professionals and your quality is second to none! Of course we'll pick you up again in the future.

A comfortable sleeping area features a spacious bed with a patterned blanket. A small desk and chair are positioned near a window, which is framed by dark curtains. A wall-mounted TV and air conditioning unit are also visible in the room.

Comfortable in spaces just like in the photos. Very clean. Great location next to the center. Very kind host and very thoughtful. We had juices, croissants, fruits and fully equipped spaces. In the bathroom there was everything one might need (from shower gels and shampoo to dry shampoo and tampons). I definitely recommend it for a large group of up to 6 people.
