The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable, gorgeous apartment near the centre of a gloriously beautiful town. We were really able to relax in this village before the end of our month in Greece. Highlight was the monastery of St John the Baptist, a truely, (and slightly unexpected for me, ) spiritual experience! Afterwards we swam in the cold, utterly clear waters of the nearby river. Highly recommend Theta and Stemnitsa .

Very good stay and favorite of Nafplio. The accommodation is ideally located, we were able to do everything on foot in the city which is nice. The host really took care of his place, we felt right at home. It's very nice and clean. It's easy to park in the neighborhood by car. We would definitely recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful time in this traditional cottage in the beautiful village of Zigovisti. Mrs Georgia welcomed us with a plate of home-made biscuits and eggs from her chickens. Her home has everything you could need, the view from the bedroom is breathtaking and it is the perfect spot to relax and unwind or explore the mountain villages and monasteries nearby. For food we would recommend Maria's taverna on the hill just opposite the cottage - everything is delicious and very reasonably priced.

From the moment we arrives we fell in live with this place, which was perfect for two of us for a week. The roads are steep and winding, but that adds to the sense of getting away. We walked the Menalon Trail, which starts in Stemnitsa, to Dimitsana, past monasteries and through the Lousios Gorge - stunning! Not for the unfit or faint-hearted - it's very steep and 12.5km (5 hours) to cover. We needed the cold drinks and mountain lunch when we arrived. The taxi back was entertaining, too - Nikos gave us lots of local information. We also managed day trips to Messene, Mystras, and Mycenae, all about 1.5 hours away by car, though not far as the crow flies. Cafe Gerousia in the town square is fab during the day, and the grills at the taverna are great. The tiny shop tucked in between Σιμο & Σιμο and the Ginger Squirrel has everything, but the proprietress speaks no English - cue lots of looking up Greek words, pointing and grammatical errors on my part.

Too short a stay of a week at the end of May, the house is so comfortable that it was difficult to get out of it to visit the wonderful surrounding archaeological sites. Thank you Sophia for your responsiveness, the multiple attentions, your welcome basket… The house is very well-equipped, everything is designed to make us feel at home and the decoration is neat. The small village 5 minutes away where shops are open with very long hours. In short, an address to remember.

We spent 2 amazing days in Nafplio. The environment is beautiful with the castle, the seaside and the old town. Note the presence of many restaurants. Myrto is a very friendly, responsive host with great tips. The apartment was perfect, very nice and as described. I can only recommend this place.

Lovely place to stay !

We absolutely loved this apartment from the moment we walked in, it has such a calm and peaceful vibe. Even though it’s located right inside the castle and just minutes from the main square, shops, and restaurants, it’s tucked away on a quiet street where we slept incredibly well Even during the day. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, the bathroom is spacious, and the bed is big and comfy. Dimitris was super friendly and responsive. It was a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely be booking it again next time we’re in beautiful Nafplio!

We had a wonderful stay at Argiris place. It is located in a quiet area close to groceries and not far from city center. It was clean and functional for our family. Argiris has been very helpful and provided wonderful recommandations.

Wow! This place is gorgeous! Perfect for our family of four. I wish we could have spent another day here. Beautiful scenery. Our host was fabulous and gave clear directions and suggestions. The home is updated, clean and completely comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

Five stars for the view! I had a great time in May. The balcony is excellent, and the place itself is perfect for 1-2 people to relax. It's a two minute walk to the beach, which isn't busy, and Xiropigado is a small, sleepy, delightful coastal town. Christofer is a great host too, and is very responsive and friendly. There are some small downsides (the bathroom and its lighting isn't good, and doing laundry can be a hassle (you can't do it on your own time and have to contact Christofer)), but these are outweighed by the positives of the rest of the unit.

We had a great stay in Xiropigado. The flat has an amazing view, the kitchen is well equiped and the communication with Crisa is perfect! Thank you.

The accommodation was spacious and clean, a pleasant stay especially because it is in a quiet area at night without too many cars passing by, close to the center and in front of the supermarket, so very convenient. Varvara was very kind and very welcoming, along with her wonderful kittens. Outdoor space with lemon trees and a garden where you can relax, I would have many other positive things to say but I limit myself to recommending it, if I were to return to Nafplia I will definitely stay here again!

Very clean and everything you need is in the apartment. It was very close to The main town and walkable. Ifrikatis is extremely friendly and responsive for anything you need. I would stay there again.

Of course, the main advantage is the view. This is not just a "sea view", but the sea itself is a step below you. The terrace is huge and opens directly to the beach, and all 180 degrees to the sea. But the apartment itself is quite comfortable, for two people for sure. And very very clean. Wifi is good, shower pressure too, towels are great. A large refrigerator, all the necessary pots and dishes. A large wardrobe, a nice sofa in the living room, there are all beach accessories - an umbrella, bedding, chairs. Only beach towels need to have their own. There is a closed parking, there is a staircase going down to the beach. The beach itself is small, but completely private, if it does not work, then there are many others nearby. There are several restaurants and a supermarket in the village. Katerina responds instantly, and we had no reason to worry about anything. I would definitely recommend this place and the hosts.

Eva and her mother were very welcoming and caring hosts. The accommodation is located about 20 minutes from Nafplio city center - a very pleasant walk on a street with a long bike path. A convenient grocery store is located a stone's throw away. The accommodation is spacious, well maintained and we enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony. A great place to stay to visit Nafplio or as a base to explore other corners of the Peloponnese.

Vasilli’s place had everything that you need to cook if you wanted to, not far to travel to the restaurants in Nafplio, and a balcony to relax on. Vasilli was very responsive to any messages .

Location is perfect for families. A quick 5 minute walk brings you to the main square with lots of shops and restaurants or to the port for a beautiful walk along the ocean. Even though it’s so close to all the things, it feels a bit quieter and less crowded. The apartment t itself is just as pictured and was everything we needed and more. The large beautiful floor to ceiling windows were my favorite part- bringing sunshine and a bit of cool wind into the apartment was lovely. It was peaceful to sit on balcony at night and look up and see the lit up fortress!
