Cabin vacation rentals in Trinity County

If you have this place on your wish list or are considering staying here, DO IT! It's one of the most amazing AirBNBs we've ever stayed at. The home is lovely, the location was spectacular and the pool just takes the cake. We were a group of two families (4 adults and 4 kids aged 2-8) Plenty of room for all of us. We visited during a time of bad weather which was fine because the house is so cozy and there was plenty for us to do at the property. The location is the perfect launch pad for lots of outdoor adventures. On the days we stayed in, the kids were easily able to busy themselves with all the activities and games in the house. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked well enough to support the meals we made! We stopped in Redding on the way in to get our groceries (as a heads up there isn't a grocery store nearby!) The neighbor was so helpful and even had some firewood available for us when we arrived. Can't wait to come back!

Our family had a wonderful time at Heidi and Steph's place to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Heidi and Steph really made us feel like at home. They're the most wonderful hosts we've ever met. The view from the front porch, facing the river, is beautiful. Great place for fishing and enjoying the beauty of nature. We caught 6 trouts in two days. Yay! Thank you for showing us the spots and for everything else that made our trip an amazing one.

This place was amazing! There was a waterfall right outside our cabin and was the perfect spot for relaxing. The bathrooms are clean and there was hot water in the shower! Truly off grid and felt very private. 10/10 recommend!

We are a large group of fishermen and wanted to be together. Bens place provided that. we fished all day and gathered for the evening meal and talk about the day Then leave at O dark 30 to go fishing in the morning. They have 4 BBQs and smokers large covered entertaining area. plenty of parking for boats and trucks. Plenty of room to find a place to sleep and a few guys brought cots and sleeping bags to sleep. overall it was a great experience.

The cabin was as advertised, private, clean and well maintained. Meghan was there when I arrived and was super friendly and very helpful. The area is very quiet and peaceful and steps to the Trinity River. I would recommend the cabin to family and friends. Thanks, Meghan!

Do not think twice about this beautiful, calm, clean!, relaxing place. GO! The grounds are kept up with love and beauty that a mountain garden should be when loved by it's gardener. Socked away so you feel far away from the things you need to get away from, that's why you went there in the first place right! The grounds cats that are special to the breed, with personalities to match. Trails all around and ones outside your front door. You will never want to leave.......seriously! Host's are delightful cabin very nicely kept. Meadows, roads and rivers to walk down in the evening. It's definitely a return for me lots to do up there if you love the mountains!

There aren’t a lot of reasonably-priced places to stay in the area, and this facility met all my expectations and then some. This RV campground is great for kids - it has a pool, game room with a couple of arcade games (bring quarters), mini golf and I think a frisbee course. We didn’t stay long enough to use them, but my kids would have been thrilled to have a day just to play. The cabin itself was just as advertised, clean and fine for 3-4 people. The kitchen had a microwave and mini fridge, but no stove. That was fine, since I just used our camp stove outside on the picnic table. Downsides - 5$ a load for the washing machine, and it only took quarters. A change machine would be nice for when the office is closed. There were two massive generators on wheels running on the property, so I suspect something was wrong with the electrical service. I was appreciative of the electricity, but they were LOUD! Otherwise, I enjoyed our stay, and would come here again.

Drew's cabin is very relaxing and peaceful, perfect for a getaway out of the city. I really enjoyed staring up at the stars one of the nights! It's definitely a bit out there, but in the best way.

Janet's place was quiet, peaceful, clean and safe. It was the perfect place to disconnect from our busy lives and my little dog was welcome to go too. We enjoyed not having a tv, it gave us more quality family time. We will stay again !!!

We have lots of family over the hill in the Hoopa Valley, and staying in Orleans is a quick half hour drive up river. The Klamath river in this area is special and spiritual, especially for the Karuk people and other indigenous folks that live throughout this area. If you are looking for a quiet place without electronics to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself, this remote part of northern California is for you. Be respectful. The ranch property and the areas immediately around Orleans are great, safe places to walk the river. You'll see deer, herons, osprey, trout jumping, and maybe some otters. Truly remote wilderness is a short drive away and be properly prepared when hiking the amazing trails and river access areas. If you want to see bears, head up river 10-20 miles to one of the river accesses before the sun hits the water. I saw two at Green Riffle and decided to leave instead of fly fishing for the Klamath's beautiful trout.

Wonderful Stay at The Round House Our stay at The Round House in Trinity Village was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Gail, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome. The house itself is charming, and well-maintained, with plenty of unique touches that give it a cozy, inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the saltwater pool—We spent hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and taking in the stunning views. Gail was the perfect host, and thoughtful without being intrusive. She provided everything we needed for a comfortable an and relaxing stay. Overall, I highly recommend The Round House for anyone visiting Trinity Village. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or a place to unwind with family and friends, this is the perfect spot!

The house is beautiful - clean and welcoming - we felt right at home! The kitchen is well equipped - and part of the great room that looks out onto the river - The beds are big and comfortable - very luxurious - If you are not familiar with the area- Wi-Fi is spotty - but that is par for the course when you are out this far - There is Ping pong and games to keep everyone entertained- We will definitely book again!

Carols place is nicely located near the town for food and near the Hwy, It was comfortable enough for two of us and was clean. Would stay again,.

A very comfortable little place in a stunningly beautiful location. It has all of the amenities you would need or want, and it’s not as isolated as it seems, Willow Creek is a 15 minute drive (barring road work on 299). Very comfortable furniture, fast WiFi, surprisingly roomy inside. The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond. Seems like a nice little sleepy family neighborhood. The Trinity Alps are amazing and this is a great place to stay while you explore the area.

Awesome Spot and awesome hosts

It was a good stay for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). I like the peacefulness of the place, outside shower and this veranda kind of thing. I think for a price it's a good place. I personally really liked there. Some things to be aware of for summer stay: garage is not available (well at least it wasn't for our stay) and there is no constant shadow for a car while it's super hot outside (well at least for us who got used to living by the ocean). The lake is very close on the other hand.

We loved this location! We have property about 6 miles away and we launched our boat at the Trinity Center boat launch/marina. We were a short walk to the general store and the Yellow Jacket (local beer/eatery). The house fit our family perfectly with the size, space, bedrooms and baths. Also Bobbi (takes care of the house) was amazing and friendly and available. We’d rent here again in a heartbeat! ❤️❤️❤️
