A cabin in the city! So cute! The building is in our backyard and has private entry, queen bed, bathroom and kitchenette. A quiet Capitol Hill neighborhood. Street parking readily available. Wifi. HVAC that you control. Solar powered & green cleaning supplies! Awesome shared patio space! Speaking of our patio, we typically have legal marijuana growing there. If you want a free sample, let us know because we are happy to leave you a pre-roll or two. But remember, only smoke outdoors!

The apartment gets great light, it can tightly sleep 4 (1 queen bed, 2 twin air mattresses) and 2 people can sleep very comfortably! The bedroom offers blackout blinds. You're only 3 blocks from the culinary delights of Union Market, H st. and a 20 min walk to Union Station and Capitol Hill. The bathroom is completely remodeled. Modern Home near Union Market - free parking

Solar-powered end unit property with tons of natural light. Recently renovated row home with a separate lower unit apartment near Union Market and NoMa. Note: The guest who left the 1 star review smoked weed in the unit and was mad at me for saying no smoking allowed. I’ve never gotten a 1 star review and that guest was the worst guest I’ve ever hosted.
