Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away.

The three-story house from the 1920s with a modern annex and view of the countryside is located in the grown district of Neunkirch of Sarreguemines. On the ground floor, daily life takes place with country kitchen, office/Wi-Fi, dining room and the 56 square meter living room overlooking the garden. On the first and second floor there are the bedrooms plus one bathroom each and separate toilet. There is room for two cars in the carport. The intimate garden invites you to relax.

The old rectory, built around 1712, invites you to linger after more than 50 years of vacancy and a complete monument renovation. The focus of the renovation was on preserving the original building fabric, as well as the use of natural building materials.
