The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

2-room accommodation with private bathroom (ventilation, as it is a townhouse) in the lower ground floor of my house. 10 minutes by bus/bike to the city or the train station. The corridor between the rooms is used by me and my daughter from time to time to get into the boiler room or the studio. You are right in nature. The apartment is adjacent to a historic farm - today a horse breeding and boarding house - which is located in a secluded location on a beautiful mountain hill surrounded by forests and vineyards.
