I must say, Rita has been a superb host! She has a great house and it fit my family well for the holiday vacation. I really appreciate the timely responses from her. Place is super clean and well kept. I would 100% recommend her place again. It was a comfortable and safe place to stay for the holidays.

This was my second stay at the apartment and I will definitely be back. Everything is clean and tidy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. The apartment is only 2 minutes walk from the Rhine.

We had a great stay! Communication with the hosts was straightforward and friendly. The space was clean and tidy, with great views from the rooftop terrace. The private parking space right in front of the property was particularly convenient. We will be happy to come back!

Absolutely loved Tim's apartment. It is situated in a central location about minute walk to the train station and pretty much the same to city center. The kitchen is very well equipped, not that we made any use of it. There are some lovely bakerys close by, so had breakfast there. In addition there are plenty of restaurants all within walking distance. To be honest when Tim advised the apartment had a no key entry system it took me by surprise but it was by far the best system, great not to worry about the key. The apartment was simply furnished, a great comfy bed, nice linen and very clean. The bathroom had a huge walk in shower in addition the washing machine was in there. The only thing l could suggest is that the bathroom would benefit from having a couple of hooks to hang nightwear etc. All in all a perfect apartment, great location and fantastic host.

In the middle of the city, all good and short distances.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, with a very quick response to any request. He even helped me get to my car, which was parked a long way away - that was really great. The house is beautiful and located in a quiet area – ideal for a vacation and to spend a nice time with the family. Everything was easily accessible, all the necessary things were available and easy to find in the bedrooms and kitchen. At check-out, however, time was a bit tight, and I didn't know I should remove the bedding and dispose of the trash – that was different from hotels. I thought I should leave everything as it was to help with cleaning. Thank you for everything! I will definitely recommend this stay.

Ground floor apartment, easy to access, well arranged

The apartment looks as described and we liked it very much. Everything you need was available. The contact with Karlo in particular stood out for me. Karlo was always available and helped us with everything, thank you very much for that! We will be happy to come back.

In general we were satisfied by the house. The check-in instruction was clear. There were adequate amenities and tools in the house and we had what we need. There is also a beautiful balcony that you can use to eat breakfast. Be aware that the street is very narrow and if you come late, all the parking spots are already taken. So better to park at the beginning of the street and walk 150 meters to reach the door. Also there was a clogging problem with the bath sink that causes the water to overflow and it needs a maintenance.

I stayed here for about a month when I arrived in Luxembourg while I was looking for accommodation and I felt very welcome. The accommodation is nice, quiet and good location. It feels like home. Emanuela and Alberto were available and attentive. I would highly recommend it!

Quite neat and we'll equipped. The host team was quite responsive.

Everything was as expected and in perfect order. We stayed with two people at the place and had plenty of space. Four people will also fit easily, with six it might be a bit cramped. Will definitely come back, if I visit the area again.

We spent an extended weekend with 5 adults and 3 toddlers in the accommodation. We enjoyed it very much. The place is very clean and well appointed. Overall, there is plenty of space both in the house and outside, so that even with a larger group there is the possibility to retreat. We will be happy to come back!

A truly beautiful and unusual property right in the centre of town. 4 covered parking spaces and great internal spaces with a unique style. We stayed in Malmedy while visiting Spa circuit and the location was very convenient. Highly recommended host and property.

Very nice, spacious and clean home. Fully equipped. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Frank responds quickly and adequately. Terrace and a fully fenced garden, nice for the dog! Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! As soon as you enter, you can see how much love for detail is in the furnishings. Everything is tasteful, cozy and at the same time very functional. The apartment was sparkling clean, perfectly equipped and we really didn't miss anything. The situation is quiet, but still well connected. A great playground is near. Sitting on the terrace with a coffee in the morning was a real highlight. The hostess also deserves special praise: She was always available, incredibly friendly and helpful. Great big, spacious house. We were there with a large family. The younger ones were able to play upstairs and the older ones still felt undisturbed downstairs. The kitchen equipment was great! A garlic press would be nice. Overall, the house was very nicely decorated. Great location in nature, but also close to the city. The pool was actually nice and warm! For our children who get cold quickly, a dream! Even in cold weather, we were able to jump into the water. It's been a great time! Many thanks to the hosts! We will be happy to come back!
