Breathtaking views of the sea and mountains! This place is spotless and the host is wonderful. We had a fantastic stay. Just a heads-up that sound does travel a bit within the house, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. Highly recommend!

Dika’s place was a magical and peaceful location just a bit up the hill from Lovran city center. She was there upon arrival with wine and information about the city. Thank you Dika!! We will miss Lovran.

Katarina and Armin was very kind and helpful. They had help us really quick when we lost the apartment key and also helped us to order cats food. Communication and responsiveness was also their strong side. The apartment is very comfy and perfectly equipped (especially kitchen). We loved the blender to do our morning shakes. We were able to stay there for almost two months and live/work normally. Definitely a place to recommend!

Tom & Manuela have a beautiful place, with great view of the mountains over Baška and even the sea side. The apartment we had was nice and cozy, had everything we needed, they even offered us bicycles to get into town!! It is calm and quiet around, I would recommend anyone to come stay here!

We (parents with 9 month old son) booked Filip's apartment for 10 days. The apartment was as described, check-in possible even much earlier by prior arrangement. A children's travel cot was provided by Filip, there was also an extra mattress and covers for this. Beds very comfortable, quiet surroundings. Comfy sofa, terrace great (albeit lots of mosquitoes!). Kitchen is well equipped, little things like a pan turner were missing, but otherwise really a lot available. There were pods for the dishwasher, soap, dishwasher, even detergent. Unfortunately, no dining table but a counter available. Eating with children is a little difficult here. The internet is pretty slow and stiff, it wasn't enough to stream. You can walk to the harbor and swimming spots in 5 minutes. By car, you can quickly reach beautiful swimming spots, partly with paid parking. Highly recommended place to stay! Filip is really warm and quickly accessible.

She is a sweetheart, I had problems with transportation and arrived very late but there she was waiting for me to greet me in person, give me a tour of the place and offer me something to eat and drink, it really was a very pleasant and warm experience, I felt that they treated me the same way a grandmother pampers her grandchildren

Very clean and new apartment, friendly and helpful host. Parking available and a quiet area. Beach within a 10-minute walk or car with parking nearby. Also recommended for those with children. Very satisfied! Thank you Damir.

Our stay with Vlatka was a delight. The views from each of the three balconies were quite remarkable sitting above the town and the Adriatic in such peaceful surroundings. Vlatka herself felt like a kind and welcoming family member. Having the availability of a simple translation app on your phone makes it even more enjoyable. This place is worth it in every way.

Great place to stay and relax. It's very quiet and serene. The house looks exactly like in the pictures. All utensils were there. The pool was very nice. We recommend the place.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. What a stunning place and even more beautiful than on the pictures. We loved our stay at the spotless accommodation and were treated amazingly.

The stay in Dobrinja was unique, magical. A charming neighborhood where you can walk peacefully, where time flows more slowly, where the sound of the bell breaks the rhythm of the day - all this made us feel the unique atmosphere of this place. Every day, you could explore another beach, which took 15 to 25 minutes, and after sunbathing, you could relax in a charming apartment decorated in an artistic atmosphere. A spacious apartment with air conditioning and always hot water. The only downside, but not for us, is a lot of stairs. Vesna thank you for your hospitality 😊

We spent 6 a week at Villa as a group of friends. The house and the garden are very well maintained and look exactly like the pictures. The house was stocked with everything you could need and everything was also very clean. Communication with the host was through chat. Check in and check out was very flexible and worked smoothly. Our host always responded to us quickly with questions and also gave us tips on the way. The house is very secluded, you have 100% peace of mind and don't bother any. The only drawback here is that you can drive to the nearest major supermarkets for half an hour by car. However, I truly truly recommend the space to anyone!

top furnished and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on the premises, we were able to park ebikes in the house. Only a few minutes walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly point of contact! For us, it was "the best place to be" in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

A very nice apartment, with a lot of love for detail. We as a family felt comfortable for the 5 days. The garden is also very nice and the beach is just down the stairs.

Lionelo is a very friendly host who was always available and provided us with good recommendations for the area. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully decorated - we didn't miss anything. From the spacious and private terrace you have a wonderful view over the sea and spectacular sunsets. Beautiful accommodation with fantastic sea views. Especially the hot tub was a dream in not so warm weather in April. The property is saturated with everything you need. Ivan was very warmly welcomed and was always ready for questions. There were a number of tips on the area in advance. The private tennis court, sauna and bookable massages ask extra luxury. We would definitely book again and again.

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.
