Vacation rentals with a patio in Triana, Seville

We had a fantastic stay at Gracia’s! Stefan was very personable, super helpful, and proactive with recommendations. He went out of his way to book us tickets for the Flamenco and delivered them to us whilst we were out and about doing touristy things. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, with plenty of amenities and the air con and fans came in handy for those 40°+ days! Sleeping was comfortable and peaceful and the showers were powerful with no problems getting hot. The location was great, just off the main strip so quiet but close to everything we needed - everything you need within a ten minute walk. Sevilla was beautiful, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced and coming from the London this was a very nice, welcomed surprise 😆 Thank you for the stay

We really enjoyed our month staying in Elvira’s apartment. The location was brilliant - in a quiet, authentically Spanish area. There are plenty of bars and restaurants a short walk away with the city centre just over the river. There is also a bus stop outside the apartment with a cheap, regular service. The apartment is as it looks in the photos - simply furnished with all you need for a short stay. And the terrace is spacious with a big table to eat outside and enjoy the sunny weather. Elvira was responsive to all our enquiries.

Firstly Nicholas is a great host. He makes the effort to communicate much before you arrive. This is a very central place and all walks / tours can be planned easily from here. There is so much to do in Seville that we didn’t get a chance to use the cool outdoor plunge pool more than once but when we return we shall!! The master bedroom is big! Lovely patio area to relax and have drinks Real Alcazar and Seville Cathedral round the corner…. So convenient … lovely walk via canal path to Triana which has nice restaurants. A circular walk from Nicolas’s place - by Canal de Alfonso XIII - Parque de Maria Luisa - Plaza de Espana - into the lovely jardines del Sebastian, past Plaza Don Juan de Austria, skirting Universidad de Seville and then into Murillo Gardens with lovely Oleander trees - through Santa Cruz and back to the place for future guests will emphasise the central location. This was the best Airbnb in our entire trip. It was huge and very clean with Modern furniture. We wish we could stay a bit more.

Great apartment for 4 persons or a family. There are 2 bedrooms one on ground floor (might be very noise during the night). I would recommend bringing ear plugs for a peaceful sleep. The host was very friendly and allowed us to leave luggage before checkin time. I would book again without hesitation.

Great place. Loved the outdoor patio. Bathrooms were a nice size.

Haben einen Familien Urlaub dort verbracht zu 5. war super entspannt. Sehr gut gelegen zwischen Altstadt und triana Viertel (5min) jeweils. Guter kaffee direkt gegenüber. Und ein churros stand um die Ecke.

I totally recommend this place if you want to visit Seville. the bus station is 2 min walk, the house is very nice and clean, you can find everything you need inside. Veronica is very friendly and gives very good recommendations.

This place was the perfect location and right in the heart of Seville. I recommend it for anyone who has a big group and would like to be close walking distance to many major attractions. There is AC in four of the bedrooms, the bottom floor bedroom is off of the garage with no AC and can be a bit noisy at night but the other rooms are away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of stairs between each level so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. The rooftop area was lovely for spending time together in the evenings. Overall, great place with lovely decor and really added to our wonderful experience in Sevilla!

Daniel’s place was perfect! We were right in the center of old Seville. The location was exemplary. The local cuisine was marvelous. Daniel’s apartment is gorgeous. All the rooms were perfectly clean, and the colors of each room really gave us a sense of being distinct but traditional. All the amenities were as described and were in excellent condition. Daniel even made sure we had cold water in the fridge on arrival, a complimentary wine bottle that we enjoyed. Lastly, the view from the 2 leveled roof was straight out of a movie I wish I could give this listing 10 stars! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

House was lovely! Wish we could have stayed longer, would definitely return & recommend to friends.

Un lugar cómodo y bien comunicado, la zona donde está es bien tranquila y ademas bien equipado con lo que necesitas, realmente no tengo quejas

woow woow un des plus airbnb qu'on a prit par quoi commencer ? je commence ar la propreté numéro 1 super propre un appartement neuf très bien rénové au goût du jour cuisine manque de rien bien garnie pour faire des repas , le lit super conformatable même le superposé très pratique , c'est appartement kids friendly bien pour une famille de 5 il ya une magnifique terrasse pour bronze ou prendre un café un appartement facile d'accès avec des poussettes pas d'escalier ni des hauteurs donc parfait pour des enfants pour le parking on avait facilement trouver sur la rue . pour finir les hôtes étaient gentilles elles nous on laisse renter plutôt donc c'était super le fun . pour finir merci piur la belle intention du chocolat et des biscuits pour nous accueillir merci encore et je le recommande fortement ce aibnb n'hésitez surtout pas car il est super hien situé pas loin de toute attractions de seville

El alojamiento es impresionante, cómodo. Fuimos un equipo de trabajo y fue perfecto. Para descansar después de un día largo de trabajo.

El apartamento estaba genial, todo muy limpio, ordenado y Mariló no se ha dejado escapar ningún detalle.. ha sido muy atenta y amable, contestaba rápido a los mensajes.. situado en una zona muy tranquila y a unos 20 min en coche del centro.. no nos ha faltado de nada.. lo recomiendo!!!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Monica’s place. The location was great, very close to the train station. The rooftop terrace was massive, such a treat. Monica was such a friendly, proactive, and thoughtful host. She made us feel at home and we can’t recommend this place enough!
