It is a very spacious and comfortable apartment in the old and historic part of Seville and you can walk to the entire monumental, commercial, hotel and nightlife area of the city. It is a magnificent 80 square meter house located in an 18th century palace house that was rehabilitated 10 years ago to convert it into 6 houses.

The flat has marble floors, high ceilings and large windows, benefitting from plenty of natural light. The surrounding will give you in walking distance a lot of bars, restaurants and outside entertainment with a good accessibility to all parts of Seville.
