Vacation rentals with a patio in Triana, Seville

We had a fantastic stay at Gracia’s! Stefan was very personable, super helpful, and proactive with recommendations. He went out of his way to book us tickets for the Flamenco and delivered them to us whilst we were out and about doing touristy things. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, with plenty of amenities and the air con and fans came in handy for those 40°+ days! Sleeping was comfortable and peaceful and the showers were powerful with no problems getting hot. The location was great, just off the main strip so quiet but close to everything we needed - everything you need within a ten minute walk. Sevilla was beautiful, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced and coming from the London this was a very nice, welcomed surprise 😆 Thank you for the stay

Manon and Julien were very welcoming. We immediately liked them. They gave us plenty of tips to make our stay go smoothly (for visits, for access to the metro, to book our train tickets to Cordoba, etc.). The accommodation was close to a metro stop (400 meters from the accommodation), 4 stations from the center of Seville. The air conditioning in the accommodation was very nice. Very comfortable bedding. I would recommend this place without a problem!

Great apartment for 4 persons or a family. There are 2 bedrooms one on ground floor (might be very noise during the night). I would recommend bringing ear plugs for a peaceful sleep. The host was very friendly and allowed us to leave luggage before checkin time. I would book again without hesitation.

A great apartment in the perfect location. It is on the very edge of the old town which means you can easily walk around the city but in a quiet street. It is also very close to the airport bus stop. Maria was very helpful and communicated with us very well. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. There are two roof terraces but in Spring and Summer you can only use them in the early morning or afternoon as they get full sun. The kitchen is very big and fully equipped, as is the bathroom. Laundry detergent was supplied which is greatly appreciated. The walls in the bedroom are a bit thin and we could hear conversations in the next apartment. But turned the fan on for white noise and it was fine. Overall a very nice place to stay and would recommend this to others.

We loved our stay! Veronica was very responsive and accommodating. She allowed us to leave our bags after checkout time which was helpful for our travel day. Located less than 5 minutes from a bus stop.

You could not ask for a better location! Daniel’s apartment is absolutely beautiful with a unique Seville design. You can tell each piece of furniture and art were thoughtfully chosen and really add to the ambiance. It’s only steps away from the Cathedral and Alcazar as well. I could actually hear the Alcazar garden peacocks from the rooftop terraces. Daniel kindly left us a bottle of wine to welcome us and provided recommendations for many restaurants nearby (although you do have your choice of cafés just out the door). Isabel met us to show us around and give some quick instructions for the place. The beds/pillows in each bedroom were comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. A large fan was provided in the main bedroom which helped to drown out most of the outside noise of cars and horse hooves going by. There are two nice terraces, one perfect for coffee in the mornings or wine in the evenings and a second perfect for viewing the cathedral or a sunset. I highly recommend!

Wow wow one of the best Airbnbs we've taken where to start? I start with the cleanliness, number 1, super clean, a new apartment very well renovated to the taste of the day, kitchen lacks nothing, well stocked to make meals, the bed super comfortable, even the bunk bed very practical, it's a kids friendly apartment, good for a family of 5, there is a beautiful terrace for sunbathing or having a coffee, an apartment easy to access with strollers, no stairs or heights so perfect for children, for parking we easily found on the street. to finish the hosts were nice they let us come in rather so it was super fun. Finally, thank you for the nice gesture of the chocolate and cookies to welcome us. Thank you again and I highly recommend this Airbnb. Don't hesitate because it is super well located, not far from all the attractions of Seville.

Beautiful spacious apartment on Calle Sierpes, which is very centrally located. It is only 3 minutes walk to La Setas and 10-12 minutes to the Alcazar. The street and the surrounding areas are lined with shops, restaurants and cafes. Also, there is a historic jewish flea market in the vicinity which takes place every Thursday. The apartment is quite big and has all the amenities as mentioned in the listing. The place is spotlessly clean too. Reyes is a very responsive host and gave good recommendations.

Cozy apartment with everything you need. Carolina always attended to me promptly and was very attentive. I chose the location because it was close to work, but I got it right because it's perfect for relaxing and being quiet. Would choose it again.
