High Place Cottage

High Place Cottage is a well maintained cosy, 2 storey stone and timber cottage with 2 double bedrooms plus a 3rd room of 2 single beds set on 55 acres of eucalyptus forest with commanding views to Maria Island. An adult retreat in peace and serenity with a warm & cosy ambience located in Orford, the Gateway to the East Coast with plenty of cafes and beach side facilities. Triabunna is a short drive to its arts, culture, shops, cafes, famous fish & chip van, local pub and Maria Island ferry.

Located on the water front of Prosser River you will find this breath taking retreat. Sit back and relax in this self contained home with modern amenities. Enjoy your days/evenings on the deck with a bbq over looking the river or by the water down at the fire pit. Once known as Millingtons House, Sunways is a light-filled 1925 home just steps from the river and a short stroll to the ocean beach. With two spacious queen bedrooms, a fresh bathroom featuring Salus botanicals, and a sunroom made for lazy afternoons, it’s a place to slow down. Spring Beach Cottage

Private cottage 100 metres from the white sand of Spring Beach, on a large block in a bush setting with beautiful views of the beach, Maria Island and the Triabunna lighthouse. Birds are in abundance and there is also a resident echidna. There is a surcharge of $30 for one night only bookings. ALL PROFITS ARE DONATED TO CHARITY (tariffs less out of pocket expenses, see receipts in visitors' book)

The Stable at Twamley Farm

A unique 1840s converted stable located in the grounds of Twamley Farm homestead. The Stable is a beautifully renovated two storey sandstone building overlooking the hills of Twamley Farm and nestled under English oaks. The Stable features your own private outdoor cedar hot tub. The traditional wood fired hot tub offers blissful, therapeutic soaking in the beautiful surrounds of Twamley Farm.
