Kassydy House

Come and relax at the Kassydy gîte, a warm detached house with terrace, jacuzzi and an amazing view of the surrounding countryside. Quiet, not overlooked and equipped with 7 beds. It is ideal for couples, families or a group of friends. About 15 km from the highway exits of Lezoux (63) and Thiers Ouest (63), the gîte is located in the village of Sermentizon in the Livradois Forez Nature Park and about 45 minutes from the Auvergne Volcanoes Park and Clermont-Ferrand.

Welcome to L'Instant Bohème: a 110 m2 suite dedicated to couples in the heart of downtown Clermont-Fd! On the first level, the suite includes a relaxation area with Balneotherapy, a volcano bed, a stage, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower area with a rain showerhead. A second level dedicated to pleasures with swing, St. Andrew's cross, tantric sofa... The Artists’ Home - Warm house

Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation. You can enjoy the living space which opens onto a courtyard with the possibility of eating outside in a small English garden, the large bedroom upstairs and if you feel like it, you can do your scales on the grand piano. Double bed (140x200), with extra bed (120x200) in the same bedroom for children for example (sheets provided). Heating or cooling: reversible air conditioning Bathroom: sink, toilet, bath, shelf.

⭐VILLA DU MAS - In the countryside, quiet and renovated

Come and experience silence and tranquility. We welcome you to this completely renovated country house. Located in the Livradois-Forez, you will have in Trézioux a panoramic view of both the Puys chain and the Forez mountains. A true refuge of tranquillity, you can discover the surroundings of this typical Auvergne farmhouse on foot or by bike. Many activities are available to you in this still preserved natural park (rivers, lakes, mountains...).

Le A des Dômes – A-Frame chalet with private Jacuzzi and panoramic views of the Sancy. Located in the peaceful village of Pardines, near Issoire and Clermont-Ferrand, it offers 2 terraces, a brazier area and a spa for relaxing moments in the heart of nature. Wood is omnipresent with a warm decor and unique creations in solid oak. 2 bedrooms: one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine (not suitable for young children).

La cabane

You will appreciate the cabin for its location: the breathtaking view of "Little Auvergne Tuscany" and the Chaîne des Puys on the horizon (it dominates), the forest atmosphere, access to the paths, the feeling of being in a nest. The cabin is perfect for couples, but also suitable for families (with kids) and four-legged friends are accepted (but beware, the land is not enclosed). Ideal for mountain bikers, trailers...

Enjoy a quiet stay in this lovely 50 m² house, recently renovated and air-conditioned. It offers a comfortable and pleasant space, ideal for recharging your batteries in peace. The house has a private grass terrace where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. You will also have access to the vast garden of the 4,000 m² property, which features a small orchard and an apiary, in a peaceful and unspoiled setting

YOLO Chalet

Come and recharge your batteries in this beautiful wooden chalet with a 35 m2 terrace with jacuzzi and incredible views of the surrounding countryside. Less than 4 km after the Salles (42) highway exit, Le Chalet is located between the historic village of Cervières and the village of Noirétable with its Casino, lake and all local shops.
