Our beautiful Black Mountain shepherds hut and undercover hot tub is perched above our wildlife pond, with views over the Welsh hills. It includes double bed, en suite shower room, and for romantic evenings why not light the little hobbit stove. Adjacent to the hut is a charming boathouse, which houses the self catering facilities. Our boathouse opens up to appreciate the views & great outdoors or can be closed up for cosy times by the log burner. Check in is from 4pm Check out is 10.30am

The Gate lodge is semi detached . Suitable for 4 guests to be comfortable in the seating area . Although will sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms by special arrangement , ideal if just attending events for overnight stay . This romantic tree cabin is located on the edge of a tranquil woodland at the bottom of a beautiful privately owned 5 acre garden, overlooking a hypnotic river waterfall. If sitting back is not for you there are several local country walks and attractions. By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

Red House Cottage (self catering cottage)

Modern, very comfortable and very clean. Sleeps 4, double ensuite room and double/twin room also ensuite. Outside area, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. In a quiet village setting with two pubs serving food within a two minutes walk of the cottage. Free wifi, smart TV’s in bedrooms. Until recently Red House Cottage was run as a B&B but the owners decided to fit a kitchen to create a self contained cottage for self catering holidays. The cottage is on the side of our home.

A romantic historic tower for 2

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.
