The place was just as advertised. Stefano was very communicative and provided clear instructions. It was super helpful that we were able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Erika a été une hôte très accommodante et très réactive. Le logement était très propre, spacieux avec toutes les commodités. Il est bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied d'un arrêt de bus qui nous conduit directement à Venise et à 15 minutes de la gare de Mestre. Nous avons également pu profiter de l'extérieur avec une grande galerie et un coin patio. Le secteur était tranquille avec un très bon restaurant et une boulangerie à proximité ainsi qu'une épicerie à 10 minutes de marche. Nous avons été accueilli par Carmen, une dame très sympathique qui a su nous donner toutes les informations et directives nécessaires pour l'accessibilité au logement. Je recommande cet endroit et je n'hésiterais pas a y retourner.

L'appartement de Lara à Mestre est parfait ! Spacieux, lumineux, et idéal pour 6 personnes + 1 bébé (lit parapluie fourni), l'appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire : linge de lit, serviettes, shampoing, produits de cuisine, etc. Un hypermarché en face facilite tout en cas de besoin. Il est très bien situé : à 3 minutes de l'arrêt de bus pour Venise (10 min de trajet) et accessible depuis l'aéroport de Trévise via une navette qui vous dépose dans la même rue. Vous trouverez également des restaurants et boutiques à proximité. Lara est une hôte exceptionnelle : souriante, disponible et très arrangeante pour les horaires. Elle prend le temps d’expliquer tout ce qu’il faut savoir pour un séjour parfait (appartement, transports, restaurants). Propre, confortable et bien pensé, cet appartement est une valeur sûre pour découvrir Venise. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et remercions Lara pour son accueil chaleureux !

An amazing flat in an amazing location! Didn't realize it till we were there but the location just seemed uniquely beautiful - evening for a uniquely beautiful city. Being on the corner of two canals made for interesting people watching - two bridges in view as well. The neighborhood was easily accessible via the San Stae vaporetto stop and Pierantonio's assistant Christine met us and walked us to the flat - communication was easy and the intro and walk up to the neighborhood was a great way to cut our teeth, this being our first visit to Venice. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure in any future visits! Thank you Pierantonio!

We booked this stay last minute after being snowed out of camping and what an incredible treat! The hosts are kind and warm people who go out of their way to ensure you feel at home and enjoy your time. The view is spectacular, the garden, wood burning BBQ and hot tub were all a great extra. We stayed with our small dog who was treated really well. The place had everything you need and was a quiet respite. Highly recommend. Would love to return.

Michela was a great host, she provided clear check in instructions that were very easy to follow. The place was very clean, and the location is extremely convenient, within walking distance from the train station and the main attractions. We loved it, and would stay there again :)

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

We stayed very comfortably at Lu’s place as a family of 5 adults. Everything we needed was available for us. The location is excellent, close to the vaporetto stop, grocery store, restaurants and an easy walkable distance from a ton of sights. Lu’s apartment was spotless, spacious and quiet with a lovely view of the canal where gondolas pass by. Hosts are lovely, excellent communicators and very accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Le logement était parfait et bien situé pour toutes les visites ! Le seul petit point est que si vous êtes 4 , le second lit est un divan-lit et un peu inconfortable ! A part ça , merveilleux . Les hôtes nous ont bien reçus !

L'appartamento è situato in un quartiere tranquillissimo ed è veramente bello e spazioso, con anche un piccolo spazio esterno a cui si accede dalla camera matrimoniale. Il bagno, come tutto il resto dell'appartamento, era pulito e ordinato. La cucina era fornita di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno e al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche del cibo (cereali, marmellate, frutta e pane), latte, yogurt, cialde del caffè e succo per fare colazione (cosa che non era mai successa in nessun altro appartamento in cui siamo stati finora). È anche da queste piccole cose che secondo me si nota l'attenzione verso l'ospite che ha Nicola che purtroppo non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente, ma che è sempre stato comunque presente via messaggio.

This place is in a great location, on a canal, very walkable to everything. We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and one night at the end. It started to feel like home away from home. Maddalena was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

Stefano was amazing! I booked my three generation trip to Italy a year in advance and Stefano was there every step of the way. Always responsive and helpful! He set up a water taxi pick up for us when we arrived and left. He also set up a private one hour tour when we arrived with the water taxi. Great suggestions on where to eat and sites to see. Loved how his home was right by its own piazza and it was wonderful to be submersed in the local community. It was nice being here and we could walk to San Marco square, Rialto Bridge. It was nice to be outside the crowds of Venice after a fun filled day. Beautiful location and home. I would come back again and recommend to family and friends. We felt right at home. Je n'ai que du positif à dire sur le séjour chez Fabienne. Hôte sympathique, aux petits soins pour nous, nous aide en nous déposant parfois à l'arrêt de bus, la propriété est niquel et magnifique... Je recommande à 100% et je reviendrai Vous ne serez pas déçu !

une très belle maison, Gina avec sa famille- gentilles, disponibles et très serviables. Les chambres sont très grandes, joliment décorées. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et WC très spacieux. Le jardin est magnifique, grand , ainsi qu'une belle piscine. tout était propre et très bien entretenue. l'endroit est très calme à 20 minutes de Venise, beaucoup de restaurants et les centres commerciaux sont très proches, dont un grand outlet. Grâce à Gina et sa famille nous avons passé des très belles journées dans sa maison.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. Amazing property. The host and all the property personal were very kind and helpful. There are options for food delivery and such, but it is very difficult to go to grocery store or restaurants without vehicle. Taxi service in this area is not reliable and the closest train station is about 30 min drive. However, the host is genuinely caring and helpful. We did not have a vehicle however, the property personal were very willing to help us with food ordering and helping arrange rides and communicating was very easy by text or call. Our kids loved the pool, the bunnies, the chickens the privacy. The road is busy, but not a highway, just an occasional car from time to time. We had a party of 10 and everyone had plenty of space and we had 2 queen beds and a pull out we did not use. Could house much more. Good bathroom space as well. In my opinion, the property personal went above and beyond what they needed to. Would stay again absolutely. Have nothing negative to say.

Tout a été parfait. Les hôtes Jody et Vincenzo étaient toujours à notre écoute si on en avait besoin. La maison était très spacieuse , très propre et très bien aménagée. Nous étions une famille de 8 personnes et nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Le jardin bien entretenu avec ses magnifiques plantations était notre havre de paix, un vrai paradis. La piscine très grande était nettoyée tous les jours. Une adresse à vraiment recommander.

We really enjoyed the beautiful and spacious location. We enjoyed the walk on the farm. Not quite hot enough for a swim in the lovely swimming pool. Easy drive to park and catch the ferry into Venice.

Wonderful stay at the riverside suite. Our bus was delayed , yet the host was kind enough to wait up late for us and show us around past check in time. It was the nicest apartment we have stayed in, over our 9 days travelling throughout Italy. The pool is about a 20 minute walk away, but has plenty of loungers and is very clean.

Wonderfull appartment offered by Phil and Sylvie. They have great instructions/advice and are really flexible/relaxed. You will share the property with other guests in the other appartments though, so if that’s not your thing keep this in mind. We shared it with really relaxed families as well, so absolutely a great experience. The area offers a mix of must visit small towns and larger cities (Vicenza/Padua +-30 minutes and Venice +-45 minutes) with everything you neer for a great holiday! 5 stars for sure.
