The property is a villa placed in a little valley on a plot of about one hectar. The accommodation is superbly located on a panoramic valley floor overlooking the gentle hills all around. The house is an old stone mansion leaned against a big wall of rock. It is made up of three different stone buildings connected by a little courtyard and dating back to the 18th century. Sa Canistedda is located in the countryside, just 3 km from the sea. It offers two small adjoining apartments - with separate entrances - and large outdoor spaces with a splendid view of Montiferru and the west coast of Sardinia. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation with friends or family. The two studios - Sa corbe and Su chiliru - can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. They are equipped with a panoramic veranda and outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after a hot summer day.

The accommodation tax required by the municipality of Bosa will be requested at check-in. It is €1 (per person per night) from October 1 to May 31. From June 1 to September 30, it is €1.50 (per person per night). The tax must be paid only for a maximum of 7 nights.
