The apartment is located in a very quiet area and in a condominium that provides a lot of security. The area has several restaurants and supermarkets and you can walk to the center where more services are located. The apartment is very comfortable and functional, we were 5 people and we were very comfortable.

The apartment is comfortable and has fast internet. It could have a few more utensils (wine glasses, dish towel, detergent and sponge), but it would just be a suggestion for something extra. The location is excellent, next to Rua Torta and close to markets, snack bars, restaurants, Rua Coberta, etc. From the balcony of 414 you can see the Hard Rock Café building. Very quiet and quiet place. We congratulate the owners and their employees for their care and attention.

Well-organized, clean property. Right next to the main avenue of Gramado, with a huge variety of commerce. The condominium offers a good leisure area, easy to access and well structured. Great cost-benefit and the host was very welcoming and assertive in the information and recommendations.

Certainly, if not the best, one of the best places to stay in Gramado, a super complete resort with great structure. As for the room, it fully meets the expectations expected of an accommodation of this standard, not to mention that it is on the 4th floor with a large balcony. Host responds quickly and answers all questions, super fast and easy check-in and checkout, I recommend it without a doubt.

I highly recommend this apartment! It is a hotel, with reception, room service, breakfast, swimming pool, very good wifi, among other amenities. The room has central heating, super comfortable on cold days! The bathroom is very nice too. We use the extra beds, we stayed in 4 people in the apartment, we settled very well. The hotel reception is sensational, super careful and attentive. Breakfast should be ordered separately, but it's really worth it. There is also the heated and covered pool, with scheduling, it is also worth it if you are staying more days in the apt. Anyway, it was a great stay!! See you next time!

Beautiful place, honestly we like cinnamon more than Gramado, very well located very spacious house, at first for 8 people but it fits well over very large 3 floors well equipped, we love it was amazing our trip, we hope to return again…

We fell in love right at the entrance of the condominium for being an extremely beautiful place, welcoming and with impeccable traditional architecture! And about adriane and the house does not comment! She is an amazing hostess, it seemed like we already knew each other, because she treated us with great affection and receptivity. The stay was wonderful. We spent a very fun and happy family Easter! The house is very cozy and quietly supports 6 adults and children. The host was very attentive and instructed us about the particularities of the house, they were very useful, not only for stay, but for us to be able to maintain a pleasant environment and preserve for other guests and for the owner. The condominium is amazing and has plenty of space for outdoor activities. We'll be back for sure!

It was wonderful days, all according to the announcement, we love the condominium, we almost didn't leave by car can do everything walking,close to everything we will surely be back.

An impeccable stay, this is how we summarize our experience. The house is beautiful, cozy, spacious and comfortable, with all possible amenities available. It is located in a gated community of houses (Gramado lakes), extremely quiet, with some small lakes full of ducks, Wanters, pheas and many other birds. The hosts, Carolina and Jairo, are very attentive and polite, always available and concerned about our comfort. We didn't miss anything in our stay! I cannot forget to mention the friendliness of Aninha, who received us with great affection and dedication!

Super comfortable and complete house, we were 13 guests and we did not have any problems. Recommended.
