You will spend your holiday surrounded by nature,immersed in the greenery around the chalet,with a stunning view over the valley below and the Presanella mountain range. It can be easily reached with a small road about 300 m long (in case of snow,it is accessible on foot).The chalet is 10 minutes from the ski slopes of Passo del Tonale and 15 minutes from Marilleva 900.

The hut, completely renovated in 2022, is located at 1430 meters. It is placed along the European trail E5 and it is close to a rich network of trails perfect for trekking and e-mountain bike.

It has been property of our family for over 200 years and has recently been renovated by local artisans utilising antique furniture and wood from the area. The chalet is easily reachable and offers all modern conveniences. It can be enjoyed in summer as well as in winter.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
