Beautiful modern apartment in a good location in Perros-Guirec. Quiet, large bathroom and sea view from the living room. The balcony overlooks the sea but also the road.

Third stay in the "Charming studio". Right in the center, quiet, well-equipped: perfect for my use and fully enjoy Perros-Guirec. Julien is a very responsive host.

Very nice little apartment, nice sea view, the terrace is a real plus and we had beautiful weather to enjoy it. The pool is a stone's throw away, which is ideal with children. Thank you for a lovely week.

Great short stay in this beautiful apartment, very well equipped. Located in the city center, it allows you to walk the alleys of the old town on foot. We came in a professional setting, we enjoyed our 2 quiet evenings in the accommodation. The explanatory email received before our arrival was very precise (parking, codes, departure...) Our host was very responsive during our various exchanges. You can go there without so much as a blind eye ☺️

We had a great time at Claude's place, a large very pleasant garden, the beach within walking distance… The accommodation is very good with all the necessities (small grocery store, cleaning products, cooking utensils, etc., sheets, etc.) We discovered a very beautiful area, thank you very much!

Beautiful home in a beautiful and peaceful setting. A must to eat. The wooded garden is very large and pleasant with all its flowers (in spring at least) and its direct access to the bay. You can't get enough of the view from the deck. The house is very well-equipped (including the kitchen) and is very comfortable. The bedding is very comfy as well. Beautiful hikes are possible directly from the accommodation including part of the GR34 (the part between Diben and Térénez is magnificent!) Thanks to Boris for his responsiveness and kindness.

Lovely little place right on the water. Great location. Very clean and well equipped. If the weather had been better we would’ve just spent the days in the garden or on the beach. Lovely local restaurant 2 min walk away. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway. Stayed with my partner, 10 yr old son and my parents and we all thought it was great. Fascinating watching the tide come in and out. Walked around the beach to the marina when the tide was out and swam when it was in. Perfect 10/10

Fantastic 2 week stay with Laurence and Arnaud. The property is very stylish / modern inside, with all the items one might need or want (great kitchen, baby items and shower etc) plus the view was stunning. The garden is like a veritable Eden - it’s truly beautiful with lots of nice areas to relax whilst looking at the ever changing sea view. There is also direct access to a wonderful beach. Super location - 5-10 minute walk into town with two bakeries, a great market and lots of nice restaurants. A good little supermarket too so we didn’t need to get in the car once. Location also good for a number of great hikes (short and long), the wonderful nearby island (which is an 8km loop from the house - a nice run or walk) plus various of Carantec’s beaches. A few nice days trips can be had from the house (Morlaix, Roscoff etc) but why leave Carantec 😉 Laurence and Arnaud were both charming, and really fab hosts. They provided plenty of great local tips and are lovely people.

We had a wonderful time in Ty Kerzont! With a warm welcome and full of little touches for us and our son, Martine and Jean-Jacques allowed us to spend a moment of rest with the family and discover this very beautiful region. Their recommendations were valuable. We had a lot of fun sharing, chatting, and discovering their living environment. We felt comfortable and were able to make the most of our vacation. Thank you again for your welcome and congratulations for this beautiful cottage that we highly recommend for a quiet stay close to many activities, which allows a real disconnection and a change of scenery. Our son still talks a lot about you;).

Went to stay with my family for a week and was pleasantly surprised at the house facilities and views of the sea which was unexpected. The house was tidy and modern in a quiet area near the beach. Fanny was very helpful and always kept in touch before and during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely week close to Perros-Guirec. The place is ideal for a family stay: quiet, well located and conducive to relaxation as well as exploring the region. We would recommend and would happily stay again.

Several tourist destinations within 1 hour of the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

Wonderful stay in Tregastel. Very nice apartment, very pleasant, functional and very clean, comfortable bedding. Very well located for exploring the pink granite coast. We enjoyed it very much and plan to return.

The accommodation is in a great location: free parking, shops, next to the beaches. The apartment is clean, the bedding is very good, storage facilities. Good cider and apple juice were waiting for us;) Only a very small downside: a little more mugs would be appreciated as well as a bottom of the closet because we had to buy salt, pepper, sugar etc ... and a magnifying mirror with an articulated arm would be convenient in the bathroom .

Very well located apartment and a very pleasant balcony to enjoy breakfast in the sun or a late evening facing the sea.

An exceptional and luxurious apartment (decoration and amenities) a very friendly welcome and great availability from Marie Chantal. One of the best rentals we've had.
