we had a great time, the house is super pretty and meets all our expectations of parents of young children (safety gate, bed, changing mat, baby bathtub) and young teenager (arcade games😉) the house is extremely well located and many visits are less than 10 min drive. however, I don't even have a small downside to add, we loved it and even shared the right plan with our families Thanks a lot

We had a very nice week in the accommodation in Yvias. The courtyard makes it easy to park your vehicle. The garden is nice and was very much appreciated by our dog. The accommodation was exactly as described and all the amenities mentioned were present. The host is responsive to messages and welcomed us very warmly. Thank you for everything and we recommend this place without a second thought.

Sylvain's apartment is as described and super nice; well located in front of the beach, quiet, close to shops, bars and restaurants with private parking, in the small village of Binic. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. The bedding is excellent and the room is quiet. Sylvain is very friendly and our relationships were simplest and most practical. This home in the heart of Perros-Guirec was perfect. Very close to amenities, it makes it easy to walk both to the port and the city center. They answered our questions and were flexible on arrival and departure. The apartment was spotless, the location very peaceful. We took advantage of the surrounding area to ride a bike for 4 days. Very accommodating, with a well-equipped kitchen! Comfortable bathroom and shower. Very private as well. 20 minutes away from the center of Lannion on foot, half an hour back (uphill). We greatly appreciated our stay!
