It is located on the third and top floor of a quiet and secure residence in a cul-de-sac. since August 2025 private parking space in the basement (attention: vehicles over 2 meters high are not allowed) You will find all amenities 300 m from the accommodation (supermarket, pharmacy) and the city center of Saint-Brieuc is a 5-minute walk away (a bus stop is on the street). The marina of Saint-Brieuc is a 10-minute walk away.
