Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

On the spacious, partially covered terrace you can hear the sound of the nearby mountain stream, sun worshipers will get their money's worth here

The apartment on the 3rd floor (elevator available) faces the valley, is very quiet and invites you to linger with friends or family. 2 bedrooms with blackout blinds ensure a good night's sleep after a day in the mountains or 9 nearby bathing lakes. The terrace is facing the courtyard and forms the extended living room.
