There's a well stocked village shop, fish and chip shop and 2 pubs nearby. Fully equipped kitchenette for preparing simple meals. Travel cot on request. There is no parking outside the studio. There is free roadside parking before you turn off for the terrrace 100m away. The studio is for 2 guests only Strictly no extra guests!

Sunset Retreat is a cosy and romantic Shepherds Hut nestling within walking distance of the village of Zennor. It offers stunning sunset views and after dark is ideal for stargazing, due to zero light pollution. By day you can walk the coastal path, explore the moors , or visit either the Gurnard’s Head or Tinners Arms for lunch or dinner. The coastal towns of St Ives, Penzance and St Just are a 15 minute drive or you can choose the coastal bus.

Dowran is a wonderful rural hamlet in West Penwith , it is one of the quietest parts of Cornwall. We live in a traditional stone built Barn conversion with our chickens ,pet turkeys and dogs. The Shepherds hut is situated in our substantial back garden . It is a quiet, private space. The perfect base for exploring the scenery of west Cornwall or as a stopover on route to or from the Isles of Scilly.

Our pretty barn conversion is located just outside the rural & picturesque village of Zennor in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.
