Very pleasant stay. The location is fantastic, just 7 minutes walk to the old town. The rooms are well decorated and maintained, nice view from the window.

This location is exactly what you want when visiting Dubrovnik. The apartment itself is lovely with an even more incredible view of the old town. It’s well equipped, offers a rare parking space, and is away from the hustle of old town while still being only a 10ish minute walk away. We loved our stay and we will hopefully be back!

I have never been so sad to leave an Airbnb!! heavingly location, perfect clear water to dip into daily, hearing waves splashing through the windows, total bliss!! Mateo was so friendly and helpful, lots of helpful advise and info, felt so settled there instantly. beautifully decorated, lots of room for ourselves and two tall teens! lovely restaurant/bar a five min walk away with a pool you can use overlooking the sea, had fab day trip and dropped back by boat to the pier at the house! could write another review on the cat and the tortoises who we all loved too!! we'll be back!! thanks so much Mateo!

Absolutely a 5-star stay! The apartment in Cavtat was perfect—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The views were stunning, with beautiful sights of the sea and surrounding mountains. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the beach with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. We also loved how easy it was to take the boat to Dubrovnik’s Old Town—such a scenic and relaxing way to travel. The host was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the best of the Croatian coast!

Ivana was always very quick in responding to any questions we had. The place was very clean, spacious and the view from the balcony was by far the best part of the place. It was an easy 15 minute bus ride the the old town and when you came back the whole area was peaceful. Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walkway, beach a few minute walk. I would highly recommend Ivana’s place.

Marijana was great! Whilst I did not have the pleasure of meeting her, she was always helpful in responses, and quick too! The location is great, the number 6 bus gets you to old town in about 10 minutes, 10/10 would recommend!

The lovely place was as described ,it even exceeded our expectation ,two regular buses not even 7min walk from the lovely place .Anka is a fab host ,we are upper grateful to her for allowing us to stay in her beautiful place and experience a week in an amazing country! I had a wonderful stay in this Airbnb! The location is about 4 km from the Old Town, but it’s very well connected by public transport — the bus stop is just a short walk away. The highlight was definitely the stunning sea and hill view from the property, which made the stay even more special. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with air conditioning that kept it cool during the warm days. Everything was exactly as described, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 11 nights in May 2025, highlight was the beautiful green patio area. Everything we needed for the stay was catered for. Great central location. Iris was at hand for any questions/information we needed. Everything was as described. Thank you Iris!! 😊

The location is great as the beach was just a few meters away as were the boats to dubrovnik and the islands nearby. The studio was comfortable and had everything we needed to rest from the beach and to cook a little meal for our child when needed. The owners are really friendly and made us feel at home. Even the grandmother would give our little one treats when he was having a hard time. Thank you.

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

We enjoyed a week in a summer apartment, with our own beach and a beautiful yard surrounded by flowering bushes. Great place to stay in the warm season. I don't know what would have been a better place for us, two teenagers, two seniors, and two middle-aged. Ferry connections operate to Cavtat and Dubrovnik, as well as Uber transport. We had a rental car, but during the high season, finding parking spaces is challenging and therefore public transport is a recommended way to get around. The house can be reached via a 300-meter walk along the beach, so the place may be a bit challenging for people with disabilities. Marko is a helpful and friendly host who made sure that nothing was missing and helped with the bags. The swimming pool of the adjacent hotel would also have been in use. We had enough of the sea, snorkeling and Sublauta through Marko. Strong recommendation for the place!

I cannot praise the host Tatjana and the Villa White Lady enough. Tatjana was very helpful and always responsive to our questions. The villa was stunning, set in a beautiful location. It is 15 mins from the old town, and close to some excellent restaurants and beautiful views. The villa was spotless, and exactly like the photos. The bedrooms are all a great size. Kitchen well equipped. The swimming pool was so welcome in the heat. We have had a great holiday and will certainly be back to beautiful Croatia.

Stayed a full week in the apartment! A very nice place to explore the lower part of Croatia. Beach within walking distance. Nice place to park your car. Wonderfully cool and clean apartment with fantastic views! I want to go back!

Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a lovely stay. It’s in a great location, it is exactly how it looks in the pictures, and Mario is quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

The apartment instantly sets you in a blissful mood. Natalia is an outstanding host, thoughtful and caring. The location is another highlight - you get to the house walking through gardens, just a short walk to a sandy beach. The beach has beautiful view, it's peaceful in mornings and late afternoons. And when it's more busy - you have your own patio to enjoy. Koločep is a little paradise, all green, paths with beautiful views, many spots to relax... Staying overnight let's you experience it's full tranquility. And Natalia's place is absolutely perfect for that!

We had a great time, the host is very welcoming. The accommodation is ideally located with a beautiful sea view and lots of vegetation, enough to feel fully on vacation. The accommodation was clean and well arranged, it has air conditioning which is not an option in this beautiful sunny country. I recommend it!

We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience! The apartment was clean, well-located, and matched the description perfectly. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the city, but for a short stay, it was exactly what we needed.
