Every time a 5-star experience & one of the best values for the price w/included Barefoot Beach Club amenities directly across street. Check in/out always a breeze w/clear communication/instructions - was ready early. Outside free parking 5 steps away & charming balcony/bench. Inside spacious, clean, comfortable, insulated w/ocean views from abundance of windows (has privacy curtains). Unit fresh/safe/secure. AC worked, airflow strong, big/clean SS appliances & stone counters. I used fridge/freezer + oven. Overstocked towels / toiletries for entire group. One BR had closet+hangers. Dressers/TV's in both. LR big screen TV w/cable, Playstation 4 (laggy but playable). Patience w/water pressure but hot. Ladies wanted bright mirror near outlet. Resort heated pool, hot tub & shallow wading pool crystal clear & fully functional. Pool warm, hot tub hot (levels out ~100 degrees due to sheer size. Relaxed vibes poolside w/light music. Beach groomed w/day beds affordable to rent ($20/day). LOVE!

Great location! Parking garage nice. Comfortable beds. Carpets in bedrooms could be replaced. Overall nice place and would stay again.

The apartment and location look exactly like the pictures. It’s a perfect spot for someone who wants to have a lot of options (socially) without always going far. The restaurants had great food. There were events on multiple nights in the square. The pool and gym are perfect. We were close to the beach, downtown, and more. The biggest negatives is that the bed and sofa could felt like concrete. Insanely uncomfortable! Also, there was no extra toilet paper, so after ONE use we had to visit Walmart. I would and absolutely will stay here again. Perfect size for 2 people. The additional fees for damages and the amount of personal information they require concerned me BUT I am happy I stayed here. The building was quiet and felt safe.

The airbnb was great and she was nice enough to let us arrive a few hours early. Very clean with a great balcony.

We enjoyed the location. Close to the airport and near the road to Clearwater for baseball. The condo was clean and we enjoyed the little restaurant in the complex. They even had live music one night. The place could use some updates in the bathroom, however everything worked and we loved the view of the bay. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Location was perfect and close to the mall. Host was very friendly and responsive. Definitely will be coming back.

We have stayed at the oasis at Boca Ciega quite a few times. The condo is pleasant, with everything you need. If not, Russel is very responsive. There's a nice balcony and the view is spectacular. Pictures do not do it justice. The pool and hot tub are very nice and the other guests are friendly. All in all, it's a great environment to relax and enjoy the sun of Florida.

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

This was our second stay with Tina and we were very pleased that we were able to go back. The condo is ideally situated and has all of the amenities you need. We had a great stay and hope to go back in the near future.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

We had such a wonderful stay!!! We loved that it was located right on Tampa Bay. Beautiful views and sunsets. We also loved the pool, pool bar & grill. It was so FUN! The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated - everything looked brand new! The bed was very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and so much more! It was a little small, but it was perfect for my husband and me. Once in a while we heard kids running outside the condo at night, but it was minor. We didn’t go to the beach or use the grills, but many guests appeared to enjoy them. Nikki was great - she was incredibly caring and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic stay at Cody's place. The location was perfect-just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo was clean and spacious. The room also had beach chairs, and an umbrella available so that was wonderful for our beach days.

The condo was excellent! Pet-friendly and we love the ground floor (no stairs to climb with the pup). Only small issue was the dishwasher didn’t work and although Lisa was very responsive and tried to have it rectified many times, we were without it for most of our stay. Not a big deal though as there was only two of us. We love the Avalon complex and this was our second stay here. First time staying at Lisa’s and it was a very comfortable and clean space! Kitchen was well equipped. Lisa keeps on top of maintenance and looks after the unit. She was always available whenever there was a question or concern. Thank you for hosting us. Hope to be back sometime.

Our stay couldn’t have been better, it honestly felt like we were visiting a family member’s home. Nothing overly fancy, but super cozy and welcoming! The beds and couch were really comfortable, and there was plenty of space for the four of us to relax without feeling crowded. The condo isn’t huge, but it’s laid out well, it felt spacious and gave us privacy with the bathroom in between the two sleeping areas. We couldn’t hear each other at all, which was great! We did hear a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbors, but that’s just part of staying in a condo and didn’t affect our experience. There was a box of sand toys that our husbands loved. Having both beach towels and regular towels provided was super convenient, too. We had such a great time and will definitely check availability here for our next trip! :)

Had a great stay. Host was extremely hospitable and responsive and checked in throughout our stay to ask if we needed anything. Home was very clean! The area has quick access to the main road where there are lots of restaurants and stores. The actual street is quiet and neighbors seem to be in the process of remodeling homes. Overall we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay !

With walk ability to the beach and restaurants, this was a great location. Kurt and Sandra have the place well-equipped, including lots of beach towels, chairs, etc. They even went as far as to rent a golf cart when the one they own had mechanical issues. We would definitely return and rent again!

We decided to escape the cold and spend a month in Gulfport. This house met all of our needs. We used the bright dining room to do our work (and puzzles). We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the screened-in back porch, soaking up the sunshine and listening to the wind through the bamboo trees. The counter space was limited, but we didn't need anything bigger to make our meals. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the selection of pillows and the large closet. I had brought my throw blankets because I can't watch TV without one, only to find that this house had a nice selection of them already! The gym in the garage was a bonus, though we are YMCA members and there is a nice Y 10 minutes from the house with great classes. The location of the house is super. We joked that everything seemed to be a 10-12 minute drive from the house (and that includes the super long FL lights!) We loved hopping on our bikes and going to the park for pickleball or into town for entertainment. 5-stars!!!

Kimber’s place is amazing. Great location for exploring the area, situated in a really nice and quiet neighbourhood with enough amenities nearby. Would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

House is very spacious had everything we needed there was a kids park within walking distance and the beach was close as well

Overall, beautiful place 😍 The pool and the hot tub were the best parts. Andrew was also very responsive. There was a bit of debris coming out of the air conditioner onto the bed but Andrew gave us access to clean blankets right away. All beds were comfy, the sofa was comfy, and access to the washing machines made the entire stay comfy. Highly recommend booking this place with Andrew. Only downside is we didn’t extend our stay for longer.

A small space but it was just me. I liked the security of having the owner next door. Close to food.
