This condo was Perfect, newly remodeled, clean, all needed amenities, on the beach and close to lots of things to do. Can't wait to stay here again!!

Good location, nice inside, good view of the canal, convenient to everything, and well equipped unit.

Amazing place right on the beach and walking distance to John’s Pass. Everything was just as advertised. Plenty of space and awesome view of the ocean from the balcony (the high Adirondack chairs on the balcony added a good touch and made for easy viewing). Easy beach access. Clean, Furnished nicely, and bed was comfortable. Has everything you’ll need for a fun relaxing vacation. We’ll be back!

This condo was perfect for our family! The balcony overlooking the beach was great and the beach was perfect! Ellen’s place had beach chairs for all of us, as well as coolers and toys and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. It was also an easy drive to Clearwater and St Pete’s. I would definitely recommend and rent here again!

We loved our stay! A beautifully renovated condo, perfect for our family, very clean, and the views from the balcony were absolutely incredible!! Amazing sunsets every night and live music nearby made this a true gem and amazing vacation spot. Walking distance to shops, ice cream, restaurants, and the most beautiful beach and clean, well maintained pool!! This place had everything!!

The penthouse was even beyond our expectations. It was very modern, well decorated, clean, well equipped for our stay, including things for the beach. The view of the Sea Bay and Marina were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. Already thinking about a winter trip. Thank you, Mindy for being so accessible.

Just as advertised. Beautiful condo that had everything you needed. The location was perfect. With easy access to the beach and pool area is everything you could ask for. Watching the sunset from the gulf facing balcony was AMAZING!!! We would certainly comeback and stay there again. We highly recommend it!!!

This space was as close to perfect as I can imagine. location, amenities, ease of access, view, i could go on and on. it's like we had the VIP treatment. each sunset was custom delivered to just us. we had a great time and will be back for sure.

Exactly what we wanted for a two night stay for 6 adults and 2 babies! Location was great and Brandi even accommodated an early check in.

Beautiful, quiet location. We have stayed in a few different condos in this building but this one is my new favorite. Very clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. I’ve never stayed in a place that offered so many amenities. Snacks, coffee pods and creamer, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and towels, WOW! The view is amazing, gorgeous sunsets on the water, we saw dolphins everyday and collected so many sand dollars! It’s in a quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes to all the shops and food of John’s pass. We will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maria's condo. There was a wonderful view of the beach and intracoastal waterway and it was an easy walk to the beach. She was very responsive to our questions, and the unit was immaculate. We would gladly stay again!

We had a great time at the condo! The 180 degree view of the Gulf was beautiful. The condo area also overlooks the pool. We also loved how close it is to John’s Pass. Lots of fun restaurants, shops, and water activities.

What a beautiful place! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided in the condo. The balcony, which overlooks the Pacific and the pool, is equipped with lounge chairs and a dining set for relaxing sunset viewing. The photos acurately depict the space, current decor and surroundings, though they can't do justice to this prime location. Speaking of location, John's Pass boardwalk is just steps away. There are bars and restaurants, cute shops and tour booking offices within a 4-minute walk of the room, all with stunning marina views. I would recommend this place and would happily book again.

We truly enjoyed this amazing piece of paradise! We celebrated our 34th Anniversary and will definitely be back. Best sunset view we’ve ever had. Only suggestion would be to have some throw rugs to wipe our feet especially around the bed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

Nice little hideaway spot. Quiet clean and comfortable. The putting green is a nice touch.

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

It was a great stay with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Just what we anticipated.

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

We had a great time during our stay! The unit is in a great location what is off the beaten path a bit but is still walkable to restaurants and the beach. Andrew was super responsive and had great information, and made for an easy AirBnB experience.
