A 100m walk to the beach with storage for all those watersports toys in the garage. Full electric central heating for a cosy stay in all seasons. The Farmhouse is a wonderful sanctuary to stay with family and friends. This 2 storey stone built former farmhouse stands in an elevated position in over 3/4 acres of land. Parts of the house dated back to the late 18th century. 360 views of Snowdonia, Llyn peninsula and across the coast. With open fires, thick farmhouse walls, exposed beams, comfort and character is offered throughout. 150m from Porthdafarchs popular blue flag beach, a firm favourite of families and adventurer tourists alike.

The property is located in the Porth Y Felin area, near to harbour, promenade (Tour De Mon location annually), Y Parc (venue for annual party in the park) and marina/sailing club. There is a local post office/corner shop a 5 minute walk away and many delicious restaurants/takeaways serving a variety of food. A local pub is a 5 minute walk, local town centre also 5mins walk away. cinema with children's play centre a few streets away. Please can guests strip the beds on their last day.

Beachfront home with uninterrupted spectacular views out to the Irish Sea. With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

The name Bryn Goleu means mountain light. One small/medium dog is welcome but please let us know and check the doggy rules with us.
