Meine Unterkunft ist eine komplette Whg. im Anbau eines EFH in der Nähe vom Ostseestrand, familienfreundliche Aktivitäten und reichlich Kultur bietet Lübeck zu Hauf, Bushaltestelle 1 Gehminute. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der schönen Umgebung, dem Platz im Freien auf der Veranda, dem Blick aufs Wasser der Trave, den traumhaften Sonnenaufgängen über dem Wasser. Toll für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit Kindern. Die beiden erwähnten Schlafzimmer sind Giebelkammern (siehe Foto).

Unsere schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon, auf dem du herrlich frühstücken kannst, befindet sich in einer kleinen gepflegten Anlage. 10 Gehminuten zum Strand und zur "Flaniermeile Vordere Reihe" in Travemünde mit zahlreichen Restaurants und schönen Läden. Von dort aus gibt es auch Ausflugsfahrten mit dem Schiff. Ein für dich eigener Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fahrradverleih in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Sommer findet täglich kostenloses Strandyoga statt.

Die traumhaft ruhige 2 Zimmer Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet, hat einen Balkon-Südseite- liegt nur 500 m vom Strand auf dem Priwall entfernt. Sie ist mit WLAN ausgestattet und bietet Platz für maximal 3 Personen und evtl auch einem Hund, dies aber nur auf Anfrage. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt, Kinder erst ab 6 Jahren, da die Wohnung nicht Kleinkindgerecht ist Der Priwall lädt zum Baden, Spazieren Gehen und Fahhradfahren auf dem wunderschönen Ostsee Radwanderweg ein.

Herzlich Willkommen! Lübeck entdecken, eine entspannte Zeit bei uns genießen und die Nähe von Lübecks schönsten Wochenmarkt vor der Tür kennen lernen. Die Insel ist in 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die gute Busverbindung nutzen und entspannt die Stadt genießen. Die Uni ist gut mit dem Bus erreichbar. Das Auto kann sehr gut geparkt werden.Am Abend lädt eine Bank im vorderen Garten ein. Gern laden wir Sie nach einem ereignisreichen Tag in unserer Sauna oder unserem Fitnessraum (3.5km) ein.

BelEtage Blu/Apartment at the Sea !

In our lovingly furnished apartment you can relax wonderfully - everything is available to feel comfortable - music, fresh bed linen, space to tell, a spacious balcony for breakfast in the sun, sun set in a beach chair, books and games, internet access ..... The bathroom and toilet has just been redesigned with floor level access to the shower and glass partition. Everything is freshly painted light grey and a new design floor has been laid throughout the apartment.

Es ist Teil unseres Hauses, bildet aber eine eigene Einheit mit separatem Eingang, Du-Bad,Pantry, sowie einer eigenen großen Terrasse mit Esstisch und Outdoorsofa. Diese Loungebereiche laden zum Verweilen und Enspannen ein ..... 7 km bis in die Innenstadt Lübeck, 12 km bis Travemünde und nur ein paar Schritte bis ins benachbarte Mecklenburg Vorpommern.

Charmante Altbauwohnung im historischen Zentrum

Unsere Wohnung liegt mitten in der Lübecker Altstadt in einem typisch lübschen Giebelhaus aus der Renaissance. Von hier aus könnt ihr alles gemütlich zu Fuß erreichen – das bekannte Holstentor, den Museumshafen, die gothischen Kirchen und die vielen kleinen Gassen und Gänge, die sich quer durch Lübeck schlängeln. Direkt vor der Haustür hält der Bus, der euch in nicht mal einer halben Stunde nach Travemünde zum Strand bringt.
