We just LOVE our newest edition to "Nikolai Homes". Located in a beautiful cobblestone courtyard only 200 steps from St. Stephen´s cathedral. Super central, yet very quiet. You will LOVE it too. Eine sehr schöne und großzügige Wohnung im Herzen Wiens. Direkt an der Urania und dem Donaukanal. Ein Billa ist direkt gegenüber und Restaurants und Frühstücksspots in direkter Nachbarschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Lediglich das Fernsehen hat nicht funktioniert (CI-Module fehlten).

We really enjoyed our stay at Flo’s apartment. The location is very convenient, tram, subway stations, and even the airport line are just a few minutes walk away. You can easily get to the main attractions either by walking or using public transport. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and there’s even a grocery store open on the weekend just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the apartment. Highly recommend!

The host and the team were very responsive and timely. The location was great and within walking distance to Stephansplatz; close enough to walk to its attractions but far enough away from the noise. Close to lots of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries as well as the metro station. The only thing I’d caution guests is the German/Shelf toilet if you’re not familiar with them - it was our first experience and it takes some getting used to. We were happy with this accommodation overall.
