Very nice small apartment, clean and well-equipped, which allows you to visit Palermo on foot. To recommend!

Amazing hosts! Fantastic place. Perfect for ling stays. It has everything a person could need.

Besides hospitality and flexibility of our host, we really enjoyed the place, decoration and size of the apartment. We really could feel neoclassicism at its best in this very well maintained place without suffering any technical need of 21st century (like AC, WiFi, washers,...). To make the story complete, owner also has a nice wine yard and we were invited to wine tasting. And not to forget that cosmetic supplies are also done by the same property - very nice set that you can find in 5* hotels.

Perfect accommodation for the location and price. The host was an excellent communicator and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

A lovely apartment in a lovely central area but with no noise. Top floor flat and stairs up were a challenge after a day out walking but not a problem. Communication was excellent as were the photos and description of the apartment. It was a shame the church view from the roof terrace was of scaffolding but this wasnt Antonino's fault!

We recommend Sandro’s place 200%! From the beautiful antique furnishings, to the calm outdoor spaces, to the useful equipment (bed and high chair) for our baby, to all of Sandro’s personal touches (such as fresh cannoli to enjoy upon arrival!), it could not have been a more comfortable stay. The apartment is outside the historic center of Palermo and the trip to the center is not easily walkable, but Sandro helped us with bus recommendations and even dropped us off in his car several times. We loved coming home to the peaceful environment he has created in his beautiful home, after full days in busy Palermo. We would visit again in a heartbeat! He is the most generous and hardworking Airbnb host I have ever had the pleasure to meet! Grazie mille, Sandro, we hope to see you someday in southern France!

This is a gorgeous apartment in a 15th century building in the historic center of Palermo. It is up one flight of stairs with no elevator but fine for us. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. All very comfortable and well appointed. Note that there is no separate living room which did not matter for the two of us. There is a couch and several chairs in the big bedroom with the Kingsize bed. I did not cook but the kitchen had everything you would need. There is also a lovely terrace. Giovanni is a perfect host. He met us and showed us around. Always responsive to any questions. He arranged our transfers to and from the airport and suggested a massage therapist who was fabulous. The location was ideal. We walked everywhere. Vago coffee is steps away as well as restaurants and markets. We highly recommend this apartment. Loved it.

We were a family of seven, grandparents, parents, three very active boys (ages 6-12). The owner and his wife were gracious hosts, greeting us with Easter time treats. The house and gardens are even more impressive than the description. Our beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped. We had a mishap and the host generously helped to solve it. You must have a car. The host can recommend excellent beaches and fun things to do We would love to return.

My parents were guests at Angelo's. The house is located in a very quiet street, very characteristic where cars do not pass and very close to the center of San Vito. The house was clean and had everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. Angelo was very kind and despite not being present, he provided all the useful information and has always been honest about the situation, always remaining available in case of need. Very nice place. Relaxing. Where you feel comfortable and at home. In the house we found everything you need. In the kitchen there is even everything to cook. And there is also a dishwasher. The two terraces are great for relaxing. The location is quiet and in a scenic environment. You can see mountains and the sea, just great! We always had breakfast in the cafe diagonally opposite and opportunities to shop, eat, beaches, harbor are within about 10 minutes drive available. In San Vito you will find a beautiful city beach with water crystal clear and wonderfully turquoise. In Macari there are several swimming coves in the middle of nature with also such beautiful beach and water. The hosts are super nice and accommodating. Max was our direct contact person and provided us with many good tips and was always available and responsive. Thank you for the great welcome and smooth stay. We've stayed with you

Maicol was an amazing host! He was so responsive i got whiplash haha. Internet was down and I am so use to other host not respond I just dealt with it but 2 days later I decided to send Maicol a message and I wish I had contacted him sooner, he walked me through resetting the router and problem solved in 3 minutes! Thanks Maicol, I highly recommend this place!!

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

The apartment has everything you need for a nice and comfortable vacation. The beautiful and rare thing is the large terrace, with a nice large table, where privacy is guaranteed because it is inside. The apartment is a short walk to downtown and the sea. Pietro is always on the phone for anything you need. I will definitely be back!!!

We highly recommend to stay in the appartement of Francesca. The beautiful appartement is very spacious with a private balcony with lots of plants. Francesca is also super friendly and very fast in responding. Her son, arranged our transport from and to the airport and that was also very pleasant as he was super friendly and very punctual on time. The appartement is in the old town, close to good restaurants, museums, nice bars,… We had a great stay there for 4 nights and we would highly recommend the place!

A spacious and charming apartment with a gorgeous view right in the middle of the buzz downtown. It was the perfect way to end our two week vacation in Italy - we especially enjoyed being able to catch up on laundry and enjoy some elbow room for our last nights!

Antonio's accommodation is excellent, it has a very good location. The El Capo market is right next door, and everything else is just a short distance away. Antonio is an excellent host! I recommend it 100%

We can really recommend Giuliana's very nice accommodation. It is a very lovely and amazingly beautifully decorated apartment that we enjoyed very much. It was close to sights and shops, easy to find parking and a quiet area. Giuliana was also very pleasant to communicate with - we will be very happy to return here!

Excellent location if you are looking for a central location within walking distance to many of Palermo's main attractions. Massimiliano met us to go to the apartment which is located within the main market, so require a walk through the market to get to it. It is advisable to have luggage with wheels to pull to the apartment. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of his building (2nd from the top) with a small terrace looking straight out to the dome of the church in front. Our stay was over a weekend, so there was a bit of noise from the bar/restaurant located on the ground floor, but that tapered off around midnight and wouldn't be an issue during the summer if you had the windows closed with the air conditioning running. We were there in April so just left the windows open at night for fresh air. If you are looking for a place in the city, and want to see sites without needing a car, this is a great place.
