Villa Irini has several balconies and terraces, and is suitable for a maximum of ten people. The Villa has two floors, with 4 bedrooms (2 master suites and 2 guest rooms) and 2 bathrooms, as well as a 1000 square meter garden. The Villa is set behind an automatic wide gate with plenty of covered parking spaces. Villa Irini is fully furnished with A/C and heating throughout the entire house and bedrooms, barbecue, TV, free Wi-Fi and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home.

Country House Hortensia

Country House Hortensia is set in a fenced four-acre green estate. The stone residence is built on a hillside and its private beach is only 50 meters away from it. Outside there is a large barbeque that can meet the needs of every visitor. Up to 6 people can be accommodated inside the house. The large bedroom has a double size bed and in the living room there are 2 polyform sofas that can be used as beds. If someone wants to visit the nearby beaches or go fishing they can use our small boat.

Pineforest Villa pool and BBQ w/ a splash of glam

The villa sits in an elevated position on a hiltop of Ioannina city and has a fantastic view! The center is 2 minutes by car or you can take a walk downhill (25 minutes) and return by taxi (+-5 euro). There is a pine forrest a few steps from the house where you can take a walk or do a bit of jogging. The house has a private swimming pool ( May-September) and an outdoor BBQ where you can relax and enjoy your day! there is a large parking area outside the house! The house sleeps 7 people!

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms with a balcony and a bathroom, while on the lower floor there is the living room, the kitchen and the dining room, as well as another bathroom. The villa can accommodate 6 people, while it has a sofa that can be converted into a Queen size bed, thus increasing the number of people it can accommodate. It is also accessible to people with disabilities
