It is a frequented environment, next to the Keleti Railway Station, metro-, bus-, trolley-, tram stations 2-5 minutes. The party district and the City Park are very close on foot. There are also common areas in the building, such as a gym and laundry. Equipped with air-condition.

This small apartment is located in Óbuda, in green zone of Budapest, with easy and convenient access (20 min.) to the Center by bus or HÉV (green local railway), which stations are in the near. Best ever location to go to the SZIGET FESTIVAL too. Modern, well designed, brand new apartment in a traditional, authentic building. Cool enough even in summer due to the 60cm wide walls. The apartment is close to the tourist attractions, so you can easily walk anywhere in the city, but public transportation is only a 2-minute walk away. The area is full of bars, cafés, restaurants, 0-24 grocery around the corner, shopping center, ruin pubs, Széchenyi SPA are very close.
