Very good apartment everything likes on the photos.Nice modern furnitures and AC in every room.Very big balcony with a good view and seats to sit down.inside car park space good for the hot weather. location wise very good next to the free beach with swallow water for children, few minutes walk to the restaurants and around 15 minutes to the town centre, supermarkets 5 minutes away. Very good stay I would recommend to everybody.

We had a fabulous stay at this jewel of an apartment. The view was absolutely breathtaking & truly magnificent. Watching the Parliament light up at night while boats glided along the river was pure magic. It felt like the city was putting on a private show just for us. Mesmerizing in every way. Highly recommended.

Eni's place is perfect being away from the crazy crowds of tourists yet still only 15 minutes walk from everywhere. It's close to all the transport you need and the local neighbourhood is fabulous. The perfect base for a Budapest adventure!

We loved this suite! Easy to find just off main route in town. Easy free parking. Close to grocery stores and the main bike path. Dezso is a great communicator. He suggested places to see and eat. His place had quality bikes which we used during our stay. He had lots of extras including maps, books, a fully equipped kitchen with a full fridge and freezer, treats and a washing machine. He even had pool noodles for Lake Heviz. There is an elevator to the suite. It is a few blocks to the beach and Lake Balaton. The suite felt very secure. We highly recommend Dezso’s place!

We booked this stay for our employees on a business trip, and everything was perfect. The host was very communicative and friendly, which made organizing the stay easy and pleasant. The house was beautiful, well-equipped, and provided a comfortable environment for our team. We truly appreciate the hospitality and would gladly book again for future business travel. Flawless, private accommodation in Paloznak. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths - 2 toilets and a kitchen, simple, nice garden with lavender and rosemary. The view would also be very nice, although there was a lot of fog during our stay - we caught Lake Balaton one evening. Great cleanliness, lots of comfortable seating. It's just a tasteful place to stay, which isn't self-evident. Thank you for your flexibility with check-in and checkout with the dog. We hope to be back soon!

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

I stayed here for nearly a month and had a great experience. The apartment is newly built, clean, and very affordable. It’s located in a modern development along the river, with easy access to local shops and coffee spots, which added a lot of convenience. Getting to the city center was a breeze with electric scooters from mobile apps, super quick and simple. It struck a perfect balance between a peaceful location and easy access to everything Budapest has to offer. The space itself is just right for one or two people, comfortable, tidy, and thoughtfully designed.
