There are so many things to love about this House. Once you walk in through the main door you will find that you are in 5 stories home with an elevator or stairs connecting the. Every floor has its own toilet and shower. One of the floirs has the kitchen and the top has a terrace. The location inside the old city allows you to walk anywhere . Loves the place. In addition our host was very communicate and supoorting

Very good and central location. Wonderful roof terrace. Spiral staircase very steep and narrow you have to be good on your feet.

We stayed for 3 nights at Valentina’s villa and it felt like home. The house is very ear to the see and at a quite lenient once from Bari. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. The house is large, the beds are good, the garden is silent and there are 2 bathrooms. It was very easy to communicate with Valentina. Thank you once again for a very nice stay.

The beautiful house is the result of a skillful renovation of a thousand-year-old tower, in a very central location, in the historic heart of Giovinazzo, a few meters from the sea, furnished with great taste, full of accessories, very quiet, with a pleasant terrace. The owner is extremely courteous and helpful. Worth returning to

Large property around the house. Ideal in the hot summer as there are many shady trees. Two large terraces, one in front and one behind the house. Equipped with two garden loungers, lounge furniture and a large dining table with chairs. The property is completely fenced. Therefore, ideal for families with children and ideal for people with dogs. The house is fully equipped and spacious. Parking on site is also possible.

Stefania is a great host. The studio apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. Location is very convenient and communication was excellent.

We had a great stay at Lucia’s place. Exactly as advertised. Always responsive very communicative. Checked on us through our stay asking if we needed anything. The apt itself beautiful with lots of space even for California standards ! The beds were very comfortable! The apt was clean I was very happy with the whole thing! We will definitely stay again as we have family there. Thank you so much!!

Super location in a lovely, clean, lively old town. Numerous restaurants within very easy walking distance which is a big plus as the apartment is not really set up to prepare meals. The apartment is a combo of modern decor with the very old attributes left intact. Space is large enough for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The little balcony is just above a boat launch and few meters from an area where you can sit and view the sea. Until you want to explore nearby cities like Bari or Monopoli, it is best to just park your car and forget it. The old town streets are definitely for strolling, not driving. All the neighbors know each other and sit outdoors and chat. Cleanest old town area I have visited. The only issue is that there is one a/c unit located in the downstairs living room and both bedrooms are upstairs and windowless. The fan helped but it was quite warm for sleeping during our stay and it must be rough during July and August or a heat wave.

Salvatore is responsive and incredibly kind. Her place is located in the city center close to the cathedral and the port. It is quietly located in a small pedestrian alley. The accommodation is impeccable. Thank you for everything Salvatore!

The photos do not say what this apartment really is, it is much better than it looks, total remodeled and with an impeccable style, they take care of every detail to make your stay something perfect, recommended with eyes closed

The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

We've been there for the fifth time now and what can I say, everything is great as usual. Thanks also to Emanuele. He was always there when we needed him. Really fabulous.

A great holiday with a great host, very good home with all you need and want

Very nice place, right by the water. The morning is just exceptional, we are alone in the world. We were looking for silence, we found it. The house and its exteriors are well equipped. Rino is a very welcoming and super responsive host. Thank you very much, it was a real pleasure.

We stayed at this villa during the week of Ferragosto. After an intense year of work, we needed a quiet place to regain our energy and be with our daughters. Well, Villa Rita was exactly what we needed. Charming villa, spacious, attention to detail, with quality furnishings, embroidered sheets, comforts of all kinds and a clean and large swimming pool that was very difficult to stay out of. Claudia was a host always available during and after the booking for advice or useful information and her father was able to take care of us and the villa in a discreet and polite manner. A wonderful bubble with the scent of citrus. Impossible not to go back.

Danilo is super friendly and helpful. Three bedroom house, nice garden, functional. Nice location, not in the center and hustle and bustle, and private housing estate. Parking space useful. Overall, everything is great, very nice atmosphere and helpful owners.

Maria is a very attentive and warm-hearted host. Each morning, we were spoiled with a generous breakfast featuring delicious homemade pastries – she’s an excellent baker. The house is located in a peaceful area and is impeccably clean. She has three sweet dogs and a cat, which add to the welcoming atmosphere. Trani is a beautiful city to explore. Unfortunately, in early April it was still too cold to use the pool.

The house is well-designed, insulated and constructed - a rarity in Puglia. It is a clean, simple cube that keeps the heat outside. Everything works, including the excellent shower, the air-conditioning and the kitchen. Sabino is always available to help with everything. There is a pleasant garden with fruit trees. It is very peaceful. This part of Puglia is fairly non-descript, with millions of olive trees and not much else. You can buy groceries and pizza in the nearby village of Mariotto, but walking there can be hairy due to cars whizzing by at 100km an hour! So, really you need to drive everywhere.
