Country House La Spineta

Una casa di campagna, tanti ulivi, quiete e serenità; la tua vacanza nella Country House La Spineta sarà una piacevole sorpresa. E' un po' difficile trovarci, infatti siamo a 15 km dal centro abitato, ma la casa è comunque dotata di tutti comfort, piccolo giardino, cortile esterno arredato nei mesi più caldi. Ottima soluzione per soggiorni familiari in primavera-estate, ma affascinante anche nei mesi invernali quando è possibile seguire la raccolta delle olive e la trasformazione in olio.

A charming villa with a swimming pool, surrounded by centuries-old greenery, located less than 10 minutes from Bari Karol-Wojtyla International Airport and 1 km from Santo Spirito Station. Great location for visiting the surrounding area. The apartment located in the villa offers two double bedrooms, two sofa beds and two bathrooms, one of which is suitable for the disabled. Outside, a charming citrus grove leads to the pool area, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, table and chairs.

In the villa, there is a couple of caretakers and my parents in different apartments

Just 1.5 km from the center, Torre Gigliano was built in the 12th century at the foot of the Murge plateau, surrounded by an expanse of olive trees in the countryside of Ruvo di Puglia, a town rich in history. Used as a watchtower and astronomical observatory, the residence is enriched by a one-of-a-kind and extraordinarily beautiful stone spiral staircase. The fruits of a small organic vegetable garden and orchard are available to guests depending on the current season.

A cosy stone house in the centre of the village. The private entrance opens onto an open space with a corner sofa where you can relax in front of the fireplace or the TV, a large dining room and a relaxation corner with sofa bed, bathroom and bright kitchen overlooking the private garden, plus a delightful master bedroom on the mezzanine floor. Complete with all comforts, strategically located to easily reach places of interest on foot. Ideal for romantic holidays.
