The entrance to the property is shared with the tenant in front, but that doesn't matter at all, they'll enter through there, but the house is fenced and individual. It has 2 bathrooms, split in the 2 bedrooms, all appliances, chairs, cart and sun guard, bed and bath. Internet. 450m beach and 1 km downtown.

The house is fully equipped, including basic kitchen utensils, and has a living room integrated into the kitchen. We have 2 double bedrooms, a sofa bed and fans for greater comfort. We offer Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The washing machine can be used upon request. Bed and towels are provided. The place is very quiet and well located, close to downtown, supermarkets, bakeries, shops, pharmacies and gym.
