We greatly enjoyed our stay, at Arthur's property! The apartment is in front of the beach and you can see the sea. The condominium is very safe, clean and organized, with a structure for the post-spring. Arthur and Alex were very kind at the reception and check-out. I intend to go back!

great place, has everything you need to rest and enjoy, family place, close to the sea, Tramandaí center very close by and next to the centrinho de Oasis, very nice.

Great apartment, very well located, comfortable. The hostess was very attentive at all times. We intend to return in the future. Just like the photos of the listing. We need to arrive before the checkin time and the host was very flexible about that. We recommend it!

Very cozy apartment and identical to the photos, the place was very clean and organized. The location is wonderful, it is possible to do everything on foot. The host was very attentive from the first contact, clarifying doubts and providing information, always very quick to respond, a sweetheart. The apartment is large and overlooks the beach the location is very good on the seaside avenue with restaurants nearby, I will return as soon as possible!!

Me and my husband stayed 3 days, apartment is practically new and was very clean and organized, the place is very quiet and safe. We really like it and will definitely go more often.

We loved the 4 days we stayed there, super recommended, on the first day we thought it was a little small, but since we only wanted to rest it was very good, it had a lot of household utensils which was very good, because we saved a lot on food, we went to the market and cooked every day… we had the unforeseen event of running out of gas but in less than half an hour it was already resolved and the gas guy was already there, so we were super well taken care of…

It was a great stadium, for sure it would be more if it could, very good place, everything impeccable. I will come back more times
