Monica was very flexible and let us check in early, which was VERY important to me as I work from home and needed to join a meeting. I also congratulate the hospitality of the caretaker couple.

Andressa is extremely friendly and always ready to help. From the beginning, she showed care and attention, always concerned about our well-being. The house is wonderful — cozy, well-kept and with a perfect space for the animals. In addition, the location is excellent, very close to the sea. An amazing experience!

Our stay at Eduardo's place was wonderful!!A great place to rest. Quiet,close to the beach and close to everything too. The great house,everything new and organized and has everything you need in the kitchen. Eduardo made us comfortable and made himself available if we need something, we will definitely return to another opportunity.

We stay 10 days in the house and we love it. It is a simple but very complete and very cozy house. Franciele was very helpful in all the situations we need ( cleaning the pool, changing the resistance of the shower, etc.) and always responded quickly and solved everything. The house is great, located near the centrinho de novo tramandai with everything close by (market, pharmacy, gas station, bars and more). It was all clean, smelling bedding and the well-equipped house. We're definitely going back!

The house has space and good accommodations for all guests (and there were many of us), many fans for the high temperatures, the house is extremely ventilated, a magnificent outdoor area, quiet place, close to Barra de Imbe… but the big difference is the hosts, kind, proactive and made us feel at home. I appreciate the experience and wish you wonderful guests 🥰

The view is beautiful, it seems like you're in the sea. The location is great. Manoela is super sweet, responding quickly. Too bad our car didn't fit in the garage (it's for small cars).

Wonderful place, one of the best houses on the north coast of RS, all clean and organized, very welcoming to the host even offering us chekin in advance of 1 day at no extra cost but we were unable to take advantage of this gift offered... very large and friendly place, the only thing that could be added was heating in the pool, but in our stay it did not have to because it was very hot every day but for a few days here in the RS until the summer the pool heating is interesting but nothing to discredit the great house a real mansion. Great place to enjoy with friends and or with large family…

The house exceeded our expectations, the house is huge, super airy, wind enters from all sides, beautiful view of the lagoon with a beautiful sunrise, bedrooms and bathrooms are very large, super patio and garage space, swimming pool with gourmet space for barbecue, you have the feeling of being on a farm but at the same time close to the beach, easy access from the main road, very close to the stock center, super attentive host Eduardo answered all our questions, we liked it very much and we are already organizing to return.

Perfect House! Me and my family felt at home, the stay was great! Just one block of the sea, a very quiet place, and well located. The house is cozy, very airy, comfortable beds, the sofa then everyone loved it. The atmosphere with barbecue is great, with a pool table for fun. Mr. Diego was very kind and clear in the information, super quick to reply to us, host note mil! The counties that the wife of Mr. Diego makes, they are also wonderful! I spent six wonderful days. The little house is minimalist, but has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Lu resides in the back, in a separate house, so that privacy is maintained, and she answers quickly if necessary. The place is very quiet, day and night. You can enjoy the breeze and the sound of the sea. I highly recommend!
