Back house, excellent. It has a private patio behind and in front, fenced, and independent. It has a covered parking lot at the kiosk and also a space that can be used, using part of the pergola. The entrance to the property is shared with the tenant in front, but that doesn't matter at all, they'll enter through there, but the house is fenced and individual. It has 2 bathrooms, split in the 2 bedrooms, all appliances, chairs, cart and sun guard, bed and bath. Internet. 450m beach and 1 km downtown.

Enclosed patio with space for two cars, backyard and a beautiful barbecue grill. The house is located in the center of Tramandaí beach, 10 blocks from the sea. It has two bedrooms, both with a double bed and an additional single bed in each bedroom. Both bedrooms have fans. In the kitchen, microwave and utensils to make it easier ;)
