Located on the Haunsberg in Obertrum, right on the main road, this modern accommodation offers great opportunities for old and young. Hiking and cycling opportunities can be found directly in front of the house, and you also need 20-35 minutes to the center of Salzburg by bus or car, depending on traffic conditions. The Obertrumersee is ideal on summer days for refreshments after e-bike tours, a city trip or simply to relax. We are very much looking forward to giving you individual travel tips!

Stylish, practical, good!

We renovated our 2-room apartment "Black & White" with attention to detail, refurnished it and created a wonderful overall concept. The bedroom is bright, all in white, natural Scandinavian chic. The living room with the small fitted kitchen with dark grey/black furniture that moves between industrial style and art deco. But the most beautiful thing is the view from the breakfast table of the Alps and Salzburg's magical local mountain - the Untersberg.

A perfect combination of modern, reduced living in the Tiny House, a beautiful panoramic view of the Salzburg Prealps, 10 minutes by car to 4 different lakes and 20 minutes by car to the Festival City of Salzburg. You will embrace the little house and nature in your heart - I'm sure. PS: For children and pets, the Tiny House is unfortunately not suitable, as the house stands on a slope covered with loose stones.
