Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Trail

We loved our stay. There were five of us (adults) and it served us so well. It was a sweet place to come back to after a day of hiking and exploring. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen very functional, the BBQ got some great use. And we felt supported by the hosts, they were very responsive to any questions or needs.

Our stay was excellent! Andrea’s place was an oasis — it had everything we needed and was designed with function in mind. The cabin was cozy and stylish, and accommodated 6 of us nicely. The outdoor space was super functional and there was a chest of outdoor games to enjoy on the beautiful back lawn. Andrea was the best host, checking in with us to see if we needed anything and even arranging for us to have late checkout so we could soak up the last minutes in the morning sunshine. Would highly recommend and we hope to come stay again in the future!

This airbnb is delightful! it’s comfortable, private, thoughtfully equipped, clean, full of beautiful house plants and extremely close to downtown nelson. I would say this is one of the best places I have stayed in through airbnb. I literally can’t find fault!!

Stephanie was super responsive. If anything her description undersold how nice this place was. We had a great three nights there!

It's an absolutely lovely home with an amazing view and beautiful natural surroundings. The house is spotless and well equipped with everything you need. The views from the large deck were such a wonderful surprise. The ferry ride back and forth from the town of Nelson was an added delight for us. All in all this home was fantastic and I would highly recommend for other travelers.

Genevieve’s home had everything we needed for our trip to visit family near by. The big back yard was especially great for the kids to run around!

good place for a quick overnight stay

The Kootenay Haven Hideout certainly matches the description well. It was a unique Air BnB and fun to stay at while visiting Trail. The place was clean, some drinks and snacks were provided , and it was affordable. Would certainly stay again!

Awesome place to work from with a colleague for the week. We each got privacy, lots of places close by to walk too. Close to tons of hikes. And also quick trip to downtown and surrounding area for work meetings

I loved my stay in Bunkieland. It was so peaceful with a beautiful view from the deck. Exactly the escape I was looking for. It was also great to have a place my dog could stay, he loved the bunkie just as much as I did. Also a great location if you are coming to Nelson to bike... very close to Morning Mtn trails. Maria was super nice and helpful. Would gladly visit again!

We wife and I came to visit friends in Rossland and are so happy we got to stay at Karen’s place. She is such a warm and welcoming host and has an eye for detail such as leaving out milk, bread and cookies for us as well as treats for our puppies. The place is very well appointed and even has underfloor heating in the bathroom which has a gorgeous sunken bath and nice separate shower with good water pressure. The setting is very calm and peaceful with great views out over the surrounding hills. We didn’t have time to get to use the hot tub or pool but will do on next visit. You can easily walk into town, plus there is lots to do on your doorstep including hiking, golf and mountain biking. Thank you Karen for a great experience!

Great location overlooking the river, seemed like we were on acreage!

Staying here was a great experience! Its close to lake sullivans campgrounds. The grocery store is 4 buildings down. Great restaurant right across the street. Micheal was a great host. Very quick to write back to the couple messages i sent him. Alot of extras in the apartment. He is a very thoughtful host and the price was great to stay here. We will be back again!

Incredibly accommodating considering special circumstances. Truly a magical place to connect with nature & creation. Loved that the history of it's origins are available to appreciate too. Felt very comfortable and am so grateful we got to be here 💓

We had a Dad‘s mountain biking weekend in Rossland and this was the perfect house to accommodate all of us. Lots of space to spread out over multiple levels. A real feast for the eyes with lots of artwork and unique decor at every turn. All the amenities we needed were there, including some great coffee and selection of teas to start the day. The ping pong table was also a hit as we battled it out for king of the table. Would definitely stay there again if in the area and it would even be great for a couple of families. Wonderful place to stay while skiing at red Mountain! Pat’s place is located less than a five minute drive to the main base area of Red. He has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay while adventuring in the area! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The place is amazing! The location is perfect — 7 min away from Red Mountain. The place is so large and comfortable, highly recommend this place and we would definitely love to visit again.

Well located close to the chairlifts, clean and functional apartment with a king bed in the upstairs loft and a murphy bed on the lower level. Handy and secure storage room in the hallway by the front door to the apartment, perfect for snowboards/skis and boots, etc. Karen was responsive and prompt in all communications, and provided helpful information on restaurants and activities around Red Mtn and Rossland. The apartment is located in a building called 'The Crescent at Red', and the undercover parking space was tight for our F150; smaller vehicles will have no issue however, and there is also plenty of parking in the lot outside the front door to the building. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and would definitely stay here again.
